OK! To all of you that are wondering what I did. Well, by no stretch of the imagination am I an expert, I was just lucky.

I. I do not have a lawyer

II. I included in my packet the least amount of ####### and included all pertinent information to prove that I have a relationship/communication with my loved one.

(e.g, I personally didnt feel like tons of emails, photos and phone bills proved anything, all they do is cause the processor confusion while trying to view pertinent information.)

III.

1. I included a cover letter, that I received off VJ (Thank You!). ( Once complete, I had a notary check over all my docs and had the notary sign off on my cover letter to make it an official document.

2. I included two photos printed on regular paper, so the photos were the same size as the other documents (both photos were on one sheet of paper). One wedding photo and one additional photo.

3. I included all pertinet information about myself (Copy of my Birth Certificate and all pages of my Passport,) To prove I have been to Jamaica several times and I am a US Citizen. ( No need for Airline receipts and misc receipts)

4. I included all pertinent information about my husband (Copy of Birth Certificate and all pages of Passport).

5. Copy of Official Marriage Certificate

6. I-130 Form Completed

7. G-325a plus photos for the both of us. I put the photos in a plastic bag and attached each one individually to the G-325a with a paper clip. Note: the USCIS WEBSITE says to not use ACCO Clips. I made sure to write in pencil not pen.

8. Finally, I signed all documents in BLUE INK, so that it ensured my documnts were oringinals and not copies

I hope I included everything.

May god bless all of you. Remember in times like this, save yourself some money, less is better, QUALITY not Quantity!

Thanks, all processes were immediate. When I received the NOA1 in the mail, I went directly to the website (USCIS) and it was there. The Hardcopy NOA1 said it was approved on March 11, 2009. I received the hard copy on March 14, 2009 and the website was last updated March 12, 2009.

Hope that answered your question.
