02/17/2009: I-129F NOA2: Approved in 190 days from NOA1 date

<not pursuing I-129F petition further but NVC forwarded case to Consulate on 02/24/2009>

02/19/2009: NVC Received/Case number assigned for I-130

02/20/2009: DS-3032 sent by e-mail and 03/04/2009: DS-3032 sent by regular mail

02/18/2009...Medical Exam

02/20/2009...Interview letter received by Applicant

03/09/2009..1st interview,got 221g/blue slip

Additional processing (14 Days)

03/24/2009...Got the VISA!!!

04/01/2009 Port of Entry!!!!

04/23/2009 Received Green Card

September 21, 2012 - N-400 packet sent
September 24, 2012 - Check cashed
September 26, 2012 - NOA 1 received
October 01, 2012 - Biometrics letter received
October 26, 2012 - Biometrics appt @ 11am
March 1, 2013 - Oathtaking. US citizen finally!!!

Hi, My wife got 221(g) for CR1 visa on April 23rd, 2009 and chennai consulate has asked for more documentation such as emails, Phone bills, Joint bank account statement.

Question is, we have all of them in hand now, should she go to chennai consulate personally to submit them, that way we can avoid any further questions or is it better to send using VFS offices.

Can anybody please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.
