So my husband is in the US Army, and we sent out our petition on March 10th, and they've gotten it and all that.

But now my husband is in Kuwait, and all our mail is being sent to his parents address. (They received the hard copy of the NOA1) so I was wondering, we should probably call them to let them know that he is in Kuwait right now? It's sort of confusing, but we need some suggestions. The Kuwait address was not included on the biographic because he wasn't there nor did he know the address at the time.

Or, further down the line, will they want this sort of info? :S

If your inlaws are getting the mail then there is no need to notify them. Whenever you will receive your approval notice it will come to your inlaws place and also you can do all the future corresponds for NVC from the same address.

USC has to show domicile and your inlaws address works perfectly.

Oh really? So we don't need to inform them that he'll be serving in Kuwait until April 2010? He can do all the paperwork from there, as well, I have 6 months to use the VISA once I have it, so yeah. Thank you. :)
