I was living in Rio during the last strike, and if this one is anything like the last one, they're still working, they just work REALLY slow...

I remember the immigration lines snaking out of the airport. You had to get there 6 hours before your flight.

I mean, sheesh, they're the federal police, they can't stop working. They can however make everyones life a living hell until they get their pay raise, which is basically what happened last time.

POUTZ!!! Eles estão trabalhando hoje?? Caramba, eu liguei lá e ninguém atendeu ao telefone! :S

E o pior é que agora, por causa do jogo, nem dá mais tempo de eu ir... Eu espero que amanhã esteja funcionando, mas como é que eu vou saber, se ligando lá ninguém atende? É muito longe e não dá para eu ficar indo lá só para ver se eles estão funcionando... :(

Mas eu ainda estou perdida... Como vou saber se eles estão ou não trabalhando? No site deles não diz nada, as notícias não são específicas e o telefone eles não atendem... Aiiiiiiiii!

E ai , Pri ? foi lá ? espero que sim e que tu tenha conseguido :)

Fui não, amiga... Liguei lá e consegui falar com uma pessoa direto no Departamento de Antecedentes Criminais... Mas a moça me disse que eles ainda estavam em greve e que "talvez" voltem a trabalhar na segunda, e também que não haveriam exceções para o meu caso, mesmo eu tendo explicado sobre a urgência... :crying:

De qualquer forma, o Consulado do Rio respondeu ao meu e-mail e disse que eu devo ir à entrevista normalmente, porque eles vão me orientar sobre como mandar o atestado depois (pelo que entendi, meu visto vai mesmo ficar pendente até eu enviar)...

Eu só espero que eles voltem logo, porque senão o meu visto irá demorar para sair e eu teria que adiar a minha ida... Era só o que me faltava... :unsure:
