Hello all,

I was wondering what is the average time like to get DS-3032 to accepted by NVC. I've sent my email on March 21st and hard copy should have reached there this morning. Anyone knows?

08/31/2012 - Received email from USCIS saying the package is accepted
09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO
02/15/2013 - Received an email saying case is approved
02/22/2013 - I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

03/11/2013 - NVC case # assigned
03/12/2013 - Petitioners' email corrected, Beneficiary's email added

03/13/2013 - AOS fee invoiced and Paid (shows In Progress)
03/14/2013 - AOS fee shows PAID

Hello all,

I was wondering what is the average time like to get DS-3032 to accepted by NVC. I've sent my email on March 21st and hard copy should have reached there this morning. Anyone knows?

We sent the email late on a Thursday evening, our mailed copy arrived at NVC on a Tuesday morning and the DS-3032 was accepted that Thursday. No way really to know which one did the trick. Good luck!

From your timeline I would think yours will be accepted by the end of this week. :thumbs:

For me, i sent the email on the 16th and it was accpeted on the 22nd, so less than a week.

I-130 for Two Step Children

from the timelines it seems like a couple of days, but then sometimes the email doesnt work.

did you email them from multiple email accounts(hotmail, yahoo, gmail), or just once? This reminds me of a question that is it okay to send them email from multiple accounts at the same time?

Hard copy takes 1 day, e-mail takes upto 7 to 10 days.

Just sent from one account twice and I did get Auto response back both times so I guess it didn't get filtered via spam filter or anything like that ;)

I tried to call them since last monday til this morning from Philippines..(long distance) but it always says all operator are busy ..something like that ..but i will call them again everyday..

It usually takes 7-10 days, sometimes less. Anything longer than a that I would start calling or mail hard copy. Goodluck.

finally I got answer from NVC voice automated machine (2:28 AM here in Philippines) ..They receive my DS3032 hardcopy last March 23,2009... its been 5 working days since my hubby sent my scan ds3032...I guess my email did not made it..so it is really good idea to do both ..mail and email.. :thumbs: ..I guess I will sleep now
