Oh. I should add that you may not need a waiver. It all depends on how they denied you. They should have given you a reason or some sort of written response. If it was without prejudice then you should be alright. The Consulate will forgive the denial and remove it from the records. If this happens to you, make sure you request that they remove the record so you don't have problems at future POE's.

Mm, I was looking through the waver section that you had pointed me to, and it doesn't really look like I need one.

I was just given a "Withdrawal of Application for Admission/Consular Notification" at the Toronto Pearson Airport POE.

I was inadmissible under section 212a7AiI of the INA.

Will they forgive it while looking at our paperwork?

Because I might end up taking the K-1 route instead and it asks it twice on the set of paperwork, and I really don't want to hire a lawyer if it's not exactly a big deal.

(I probably went too off topic compared to this topic, I'm sorry if I have.)
