i would do both...but apparently you should only email once the DS-3032 has been generated...i emailed it the day after my case number was assigned...but i will email it again once the DS-3032 has been generated...

Do we need to send the Original Signed DS-3032 or can we email a scanned copy of the same to NVC?

Most likely NVC will accept scanned copy since they start doing everything by e-mail, but its good to do both ways.
