Hello fellow VJers.

I got approved on feb 20,2009,got my NOA2 on feb 24 and got a letter from NVC o march 4 regarding transfer of case to New Delhi consulate in India.I want to ask when should I send my fiancee I-134 form along with my current year tax return. We are expecting her interview to be in May 2009.Do I need only my current year tax return to support my I-134 form or do I need to send my bank statements?

Also,I have to send her my recent pay stubs. So if her interview is in May will they ask her for april?Or will it be fine if I send her all the paper work now only?

Will it be a problem if the date on the affidavit of support form is of March,2 months before interview?

Please help.Any help is deeply appreciated.

Wishing you all speedy approvals.

Thanks.
