I received NOAs for I-485 and I-765 today!! Yay! I'm happy! I thought it would take a few more days. But at the same time I'm worried because I haven't received NOA for I-130 yet! I thought I would receive all of them at once...

Well, my husband and I have not started living together yet. Although we included a letter in our packet asking them to mail all correspondence to my address (since my husband will move in with me in May), they might have mailed NOA to him. My husband hasn't received anything yet. I know I should probably be patient. Either I or he will receive it soon enough, but I'm just worried sick and my head started hurting!

The reason why we haven't started living together yet is because he goes to college in another state.

Is anyone in the same situation? Like not living with your spouse when you filed paperwork?

Any help, thoughts, or advice are all appreciated!

Well it all depend on what adress you put on each forms. If you put a different adress on one em that might be why you haven't received it yet. Do you happen to remember which adress was on the I-130? The best way would be to have the same adress on all of em.

Yeah, we put his address on I-130 since that's where he lives now. I was tempted to put my address, but I didn't want to lie. I guess he will receive it then... :( One more thing, when people receive NOA for I-130, are the name and address the petitioner's (spouse's)? That's what I'm guessing. For example:

alien: Jane Smith xxx A Street, Los Angeles, CA

USC: John Smith xxx B Street, Miami, Fl

NOA for I-485 & I-765 addressed to Jane Smith xxx A Street, Los Angeles, CA

NOA for I-130 addressed to John Smith xxx B Street, Miami, Fl

Am I right? Well, if this is the case, my husband will receive NOA for I-130. I just wanted to receive everything to my address. But oh well. :( I just hope my husband will receive it soon because where he lives, the postal service is horrible.

Congrats on the NOA's! We received ours in a short period of time as well. Ours came in 3 different envelopes! The I-130 came addressed to me, and the I-485, & I-765 came addressed to him, but received all the same day. You might want to call and check.

We also have already received our first biometrics appt letter for this friday! Hope all goes well!

The NOA is addressed to the Petitioner. I never got my NOA for the I-130 either. But got the ones for I-485/I-765/I-131. I had my wife(the petitiioner) call USCIS and they gave us the Receipt Number. Based on that we were able to see our account online. You can use an online copy for correspondence and proof, which is what we have been doing without any problems. Hope this helped.

Best of luck and Pray for me.

Well, I was only being honest rather than deceitful. We don't live together as of yet, so we had to put our separate addresses. I didn't want them to think this is a fraud or anything like that. I know that everything will come to my address except for I-130 stuff. So, yeah.
