I am on H1B and wife's a USC.

Which box should I check for I-485, part 2?

I would say "H" - with you filling in why - (marriage to a USC)

I am guessing you are filing this with a 130?

I also was on H1B and husband is a USC. The immigration specialist I hired for AOS checked "a".

It didn't make any sense to me at the time, and it still doesn't - but I got approved, so I guess he was right after all.

Both would be right...

u can either check a....

or check h and write, "Married to a US Citizen. I-130 filed concurrently"....if u are filing I-130 concurrently...or change it otherwise....
