Finally got a letter today from USCIS and I guess I should be happy that the case moved forward but they mentioned transferring my case to the local district office and I am supposed to wait for an interview date now. Well lets see how long that takes....my local office is Newark, NJ.

The wait continues.... :wacko:

Well, the good news is they are working on your case . . . Good luck at the interview and I hope it is just one of those done for statistical purposes in which case you should have no problems. Keep us informed about what happens, ok?

yeah it could be just statistic thing but it could very well be something in your application like insufficicent evidences. so please reply us back. it should not be a problem in any case!
