I received the NOA1 NOA2 and NVC receipt with my MNL case # but am totally lost even after reading the guides on what to do next...I know I have to mail my fiancee the copy of the K1 packet I submitted along w/ I-134, proof of payment of the $455, another letter affirming that I still desire to marry her, 3+ recent pay stubs, copys of the NOA1 2 and NVC receipts.

After that I am totally lost on whether to do document verification and how, how to schedule the medical and then the interview, and then the CFO briefing...

Any help would be greatly appreciated as Im pulling my hair out right now.

Your profile shows K-1.

K-1 pays $131 to the consulate for a visa. Where did you get $455???

Start by reading the page on the consulate's website.

ya, u only pay $131 for K1. your beneficiary (visa applicant) should fill up the forms: ds156, ds156k, and ds157 (all can be found at www.uscis.gov under the Immigration forms). then she need to bring ds157 to the bank (Banco de oro) and pay for the visa payment, they will then stamp the back of the form.

no need for document verification but make sure that she had CENOMAR with her too during the interview, in case the consul would ask.

after she compiled the forms and affidavit of support and other stuffs to prove your genuine relationship, she can call Manila US Embassy and schedule and Interview. Then have the medical exam at least a week before the Interview date.

Good luck!
