anyone heard anything in their cases?? i didnt saw any updates i called the 800 number but they just read whats online. whewww this is sucks

NO news for me, which sucks, i'm hoping i will get an answer this week since according to the IO somone had my case since wed he 25th, no updates, touche or whatever you want to call it. It trully suck.

tell me if this doesnt suck, someone who applied AUGUST 28TH/08 got approved already, which means that soon they will be working on september's apps(TRANSFERS TO CSC), and us that didnt get transfered get no news at all, god Im upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sucks. I was reading another thread and found that this person got approved letter in the mail but the status online had not change and also they didnt recieved an email. Now it just got crazy. We can rely on the internet or anything, just have to wait. :wacko:

Congrats to the approvals!!

I did apply back in First week April of 2008 at TSC and transfered to VSC and still waiting . This week would be exactly one year since i paid fee and still waiting and very frustrated that all of my inquires getting no where even from senator or congressman .

I guess i have valid case to complaint once some folks getting approved in few months and mine after 1 year still waiting .

I used to be all cool about waiting 10-11 months for my approval...Not anymore! I'm getting very upset about people from July 2008 and on getting aproved before us! I've sent my application on April 20th 2008...I'm starting to worry but I'll try to keep my cool until the 12 months mark (April 20, 2009). :unsure:

N-400

November 2009....Apply for citizenship

Dec 21st 2009....Biometrics

Feb 16th 2010....Interview

April 2010....Citizenship!!

No luck for me.

My extention letter expires May 25th so I will be heading to Atlanta to get a stamp.

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

I may not have filed in April/May 08 but my spouse and I are still waiting from January 2008 :( . We are in the process of contacting our congresswoman to see what the heck is going on..

If you look on the status list many from December 2007 aren't approved, I am sure a couple have dropped off and stopped coming to this site, but keep in mind if you have been waiting since April/May/June 2008 things could be much worse.....

I-751 Removal of Conditions

01/10/08 - Application sent to VSC

01/22/08 - Application Received

02/02/08 - Biometrics done

01/29/09 - I-551 stamped in passport at Tampa ofc

04/25/09 - RFE received

04/27/09 - RFE Sent back to VSC with additional documentation

05/11/09 - Approval notice received

05/18/09 - GreenCard arrived!!!

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

Like you I am still waiting. We did reply for an RFE but then what's next? I went through my 1-551 stamp and gave me a one year extension. I asked the officer there but she said they didn't process my papers yet. Don't know what is going on.
