I had the same message as cacciatore3 for a while and just a few minutes ago I got my email that says my card was ordered. I sent my stuff on 5/2 so hang in there guys, it is coming along.

That is awsome that you just recieved the email. Congrats on the approval. Hopefully I should get my approval this week. VSC had my docs on May 8.

sorry i cant help posting here even im not april or may filer but mine was sent june 18, and the receipt date in my NOA is june 23 but mine is not transferred i am kinda pissed off coz aug and sept are being transferred and one of my friend who filed aug got her card already. Its sucks and its very unfair.

Well well well!! i have read this forum religiously everyday for the past year, I have checked my online status every morning for the past year as well, and i never thought i will be posting. I sent my i751 last may ,they received it may 28th,2008. Online it says that they received my cr89 on june 6th, but on my extension letter it says receipt date may 28, my check was cashed june 4th. I didnt get transfered i guess they go by the receipt date of may 28th, i did my bio on june 7th and ever since that date i have had no touches at all, no updates after my biometrics. Its frustrating to see people from june and july already with their 10 year green card, and me just like a lot of you guys,didnt even get an update. I called the 1800# and they are useless, the lady at the service center just read to me what appears on line, and sice im still within the time frame of Vermont's april 20th, they pretty much can't give me any more info. I saw that some people from the end of may got transfered, well that wasnt the case for me and if it was i never received an email or a letter either. God only knows what is going to happen, in the mean time, i guess i'll keep on logging in every morning onto the USCIS website to see if i have been "touched" and also check my email for any news as well as my mail. If there is a god out there i hope he is reading this Good luck to all you guys and for those of you who got approved already, Congrats and thank god for your goodluck!!!!

I am in same situation with nearly the same dates you posted. Don't worry. We just have to wait closer to the normal processing times (1 year). The folks that got transferred were lucky but CSC and VSC have dramatically different performance.

My file was applied and transfered from TSC to VSC in May 08.. I haven't heard anything from then.. I'm worried, now that they might lost my case. Is anyone out there like my case?? What are you going to do??

I really hope that I will get it approve soon. or any kind of update.

Well I am July 1st and haven't been transfer either! why not huh? When it was time to transfer TSC to CSC I did not get transfer I got to VSC and now again, it's like a curse!...zero, none, niente, nada...null...agggg...well if they are around May-June, I can wait another month I guess.

We have the same exact dates!!!, have you gotten any touches after your biometrics?? i got updaded afte rmy biometrics back in 08 never got an email, even tho i have the email on , on the website but at least it shows they updated t after the biometrics, as soon as you hear something from yoru case email me, dannycruz201@yahoo.com, i will let you knwo if i hear something, its just our luck , we were a month too early to get transfered and now we got to wait longer than the people that applied after us

Now i check it everyday and Im addicted to this forum to figure out clues for my cases. TIC TOC TIC TOC. They need to approve everyone and just call it even.
