:crying: i don't know what to do :(, i sent my AOS package thru express mail and they delivered it today Saturday where the office closed, i went on the usps site and track my package, they deliver it but left a note for them to come pick the package up at the post office at NH. now i am worry and freaking out that they will not pay any attention to that note and i'm going to get the package back.

so what do i do? should i call and have them send me the package back and resend it? they say if they don't hear anything on five day they will send it back to me. :(

I realy doubt they would just ignore the note. but i mean if they do in 5 days they will send it back to you no prob. geeze im gonna be sure to send mine on a monday. lol

yeah do or if you sent it on a friday send it without a signature or do priority mail.

No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

Is California joking with their case status, couple of months ago processing for an unmarried son over 21 was 43 months, just checking this morning, it's:

"California Service Center - 92.3 Month(s)"

That's like eight years before they even look at it.

Are you guys kidding by listing dates with the I-130 progress list or the USCIS case status?

Don't worry. When an express mail is sent somewhere on a Saturday which is closed on Saturday, there is automatic redelivery the following Monday.

Use the template from the below link to email NVC and then you can print the email that you sent them via email and write the NVC case # on the printed email and then mail(snail mail) it to NVC and this way your parents dont have to sign them. Hope this helps..

Update everyone!!!! My daughter case was LOG IN FAILED!!!!! I'm so happy and right now she already got her medical check. We looking for her interview date. Yeah!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:
