I just checked AVR and talked to an operator and the CASE IS COMPLETED on 11/19/09.

I AM VERY VERY HAPPY and GOOD LUCK to all of them in the process.

The operator said i should be getting email in regards to Interview sometime in the first week of Dec'09 for interview date in Jan'2010. As the slots for Dec'09 are full.

THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASY WITHOUT THE HELP OF VJers.

All credit goes to VJers.

I am really happy for you. And also you been really good help for me answering some confusing I had. My dad got everything now in India might be sending my whole bunch next week or so and then I will be sending DS230 with required paperworks soon. I am little behind but on the track though. Thanks again. and Congrats again.

I just started process for my parents and infact my sister is filling for them but she is not fluent in english and doesnot use computer lot. I am new to immigration process . Can you share your email address so I can contact you if I need some help in future. my Consular post will be in Mumbai India. One of question I have is

How does NVC knows about email address ? Your first two steps says about email but I didnot see any field for email address in I 130.

10/02/09: NVC Case #s assigned to both parents and emails regd.

10/06/09: Rcvd. emails for DS-3032 and AOS Fee ( Paid AOS Fee same night)

Welcome to VJ family. Once I-130 is approved then your case will be transferred to NVC and once the NVC has your case they will assign Case Numbers and once the case numbers are assigned you can contact NVC and you can give petitioner's email address and beneficiaries(your parents) email addresses.

Good Luck with the process and you can ask as many questions you have in this forum and there are lot of experienced members here, who can answer most of the questions and your process will be flying in no time.........

No, you will send Original certificate on one case and a copy of the same on other case and on the copy you need to write "ORIGNAL HELD ON CASE # --------" as i did the same and everyone else are doing the same. You must do that for every document that is not the original..Hope this helps...

Congrats to all who have got Good news today! I'm so happy for you all! :-)

It seems like everyone has gotten Good new exept for me :-( Still waitting for DS-3032 to be approved. It looks like it wont get approved today. I'll have to wait till monday to start the long week of waiting again. *SIGH* I'll be sending out the (AOS) packet sometime next week but still waiting for DS-3032 i hope it did not get lost or anything. I got an Auto response so it got to there E-mail box for sure correct. Sorry for all the questions but this journey is Driving me Nuts! lol It like all i can think about sometimes is getting this done.

i don't know what to do , i sent my AOS package thru express mail and they delivered it today Saturday where the office closed, i went on the usps site and track my package, they deliver it but left a note for them to come pick the package up at the post office at NH. now i am worry and freaking out that they will not pay any attention to that note and i'm going to get the package back.

so what do i do? should i call and have them send me the package back and resend it? they say if they don't hear anything on five day they will send it back to me.
