Raj......Congratulation!!! It's a very good news. Hope you get their interview appointment very soon.

Robotica97......For my case it's take almost a week to put in system. No rush to call them. Just check on AVR and if it change to Checklist accept then you can talk to them. I have a bad conversation with them when it's arrived but not in system. They will tell you that they don't get it :angry::angry: and it will make you worry. Don't talk to them until AVR update o.k.?

Pook thank you so much for your advice, I will wait until AVR tells me that its already on their system, you know how this is and we wish everything can me made ASAP in order to have our babies here, OMG today I am very sensitive and really missing my daughter, and its very very hard being away from her, its the hardest thing I had ever made, anyways, we are a few steps away from our goal.

Please tells us if you have any news regarding your case and I will do so too.

Thanks Raj, thanks Pook. I hope that too. I have been spending time searching for IR-2 experiences in order to check timelines, preferably on the same consulate that my daughters case, and I havent. The most close to it are CR-2 cases but found only for other countries. I have been wondering if this cases (IR2) are processed a little more faster or if they have any preference above others (e.g I have read that IR5 are processed in less time that IR1/CR1 because they dont have to prove if the marriage is real or not) I think I will only know when everything is done cause every consulate works diferent :wacko:

I am sooo happy!!

Now I just have to wait for an interview.

I just checked AVR and talked to an operator and the CASE IS COMPLETED on 11/19/09.

I AM VERY VERY HAPPY and GOOD LUCK to all of them in the process.

The operator said i should be getting email in regards to Interview sometime in the first week of Dec'09 for interview date in Jan'2010. As the slots for Dec'09 are full.

THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASY WITHOUT THE HELP OF VJers.

All credit goes to VJers.

I just checked AVR and talked to an operator and the CASE IS COMPLETED on 11/19/09.

I AM VERY VERY HAPPY and GOOD LUCK to all of them in the process.

The operator said i should be getting email in regards to Interview sometime in the first week of Dec'09 for interview date in Jan'2010. As the slots for Dec'09 are full.

THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASY WITHOUT THE HELP OF VJers.

Wow....That's really good new Raj. many many congratulations to you and your parents. Good luck for interview. I am sure VJers are really good help and getting the process faster. I am really happy for you. And also you been really good help for me answering some confusing I had. My dad got everything now in India might be sending my whole bunch next week or so and then I will be sending DS230 with required paperworks soon. I am little behind but on the track though. Thanks again. and Congrats again.

10/29/2009: IV bill generated got email and PAID

11/04/2009: Got checklist email for DS230

12/01/2009: (needed some time to collect documents so here it got some delayed) Sent DS230

12/04/2009: DS230 delivered

12/08/2009: DS230 Received Updated AVR

12/15/2009: Login failed

12/18/2009: Case completed as per AVR - no email yet for interview date

12/28/2009: Got Interview schedule email - Scheduled on 02/22/2010 (hoorrayyy)

01/25/2010: Medical Appointment

01/25/2010: Medical Done

02/22/2010: Interview Done - Visa issued.

05/20/2010: US Entry - Washington DC IAD.

06/10/2010: Received Welcome Notice from USCIS

06/28/2010: Received GC for Mom, still waiting for DAD

06/30/2010: Received GC for Dad

07/01/2010: applied for SSN

07/08/2010: Received SSN card in mail.

Good luck to all for your process, and congratulation who already received Visa.
