Also my dad and his wife file together, will i need to do anything else because of that? If you have included them in 21.g then you need to enter their info on 24.b and then you need to put the total income on 24.c and then you need to check 24.d ( Based on my knowledge, others who were similar to your case will post the answers for you ).

The 2009 Poverty Guidelines for the 48 Contiguous States and the District of Columbia for 8 people is $37,010 ( For families with more than 8 persons, add $3,740 for each additional person. )

2009 Poverty Guidelines for Alaska for 8 people is $46,290 (For families with more than 8 persons, add $4,680 for each additional person.)

2009 Poverty Guidelines for Hawaii for 8 people is $42,560 ( For families with more than 8 persons, add $4,300 for each additional person.)

You need to Put Income as $50,678.00 not AGI

question. on the tax for it says income 50,678.00 and adjustment gross income 48,345.00 which do i put on the line that says my annual income and which one i put on the tax most recent income?

also will 48,345.00 be enough for household of 8(that include the intending immigrant)?

Its been 12 days sence i Emailed the DS-3032 and i got an auto responce right after i sent it. but still no reply and the IV bill is still not generated.

I also sent a printed copy of the Email and i sent it to NVC as someone on here told me i could do. And its been 8 days since i sent that one.

Dose anyone know how much longer till it should get approved like for most people. Im getting worried.

Muslimqueen, Here is my timeline to get you an idea....check other users signature and you can guess based on that......hope this helps...

10/07/09: Emailed DS-3032 and rcvd auto response from NVC ( Did mail too via Fedex )

10/08/09: DS-3032 received by NVC sent via FEDEX

10/16/09: DS-3032 Entered in NVC System

10/19/09: IV Fee Bill Generated ( I can pay but advised not to pay until i receive IV-Fee Bill Notice in Email )

10/20/09: Rcvd IV Fee Bill Email

Im at 12 prob a week left i hope so cuz in like a week im sending the

(AOS) packet and i have Everything for the DS-230 ready realy all im waiting for is my DS-3032 to be approved!

Also they dont usualy send you an email to let you know they recived it correct? The IV bill will just generate and then ill get an email to pay?

And u said they update it twice a day at 3 and 10pm correct?

Sorry for all the questions. this is driving me crazy!

You can mail your I-864 unless something is holding up. They dont send you emails if they received or not but they will send you an email for IV Fee Bill and then you can pay and also they will send emails for checklist responses RFE based on the knowledge i gained from here in the forums.

IV Fee Bill will be generated once DS3032 is accepted. Looks like it gets updated at 3 PM and 10 PM.

Yah i have to wait to send the I-864 till the person who is going to be the sponser come back from out of town. i gusse i wait till 3 to check and see if the IV bill got generated. keep your fingers crossed for me.

finally a week after they've received my DS230 RFE, the AVR message has changed to "received checklist response on 11/18/09"..hopefully this is the start of good news for me..i've waited long enough.

Raj......Congratulation!!! It's a very good news. Hope you get their interview appointment very soon.

Robotica97......For my case it's take almost a week to put in system. No rush to call them. Just check on AVR and if it change to Checklist accept then you can talk to them. I have a bad conversation with them when it's arrived but not in system. They will tell you that they don't get it and it will make you worry. Don't talk to them until AVR update o.k.?

Pook thank you so much for your advice, I will wait until AVR tells me that its already on their system, you know how this is and we wish everything can me made ASAP in order to have our babies here, OMG today I am very sensitive and really missing my daughter, and its very very hard being away from her, its the hardest thing I had ever made, anyways, we are a few steps away from our goal.

Please tells us if you have any news regarding your case and I will do so too.
