My login failed this morning checked few minutes ago and i checked the AVR but it did not change the message from "checklist letter response received on 29-Oct-2009". When will AVR change?

Will i get email from NVC that the case is completed?

Raj, congratulations. Finally, they approved it. Now, you won't get any message form them that your case has been completed. You'll get a letter with an interview date .

Thank You vveell. I called and talked to an operator today and she said that they are in the process of "FINAL REVIEW"....so not sure what's the status on this....did you talk to them after your login is failed?

I have a question. Why even after NVC has recived my case when i call the AVR it says "We have to record of your case"

Robotica97......For my case it's take almost a week to put in system. No rush to call them. Just check on AVR and if it change to Checklist accept then you can talk to them. I have a bad conversation with them when it's arrived but not in system. They will tell you that they don't get it and it will make you worry. Don't talk to them until AVR update o.k.?

just a quick update on my parents cases

I just paid IV bill for both my parents today. and still waiting for my husband's employment letter. then i will send I864 out.

question, how many days usually take the nvc pay bill site to show the iv bill is paid? when should i file the ds230? am i going to get the form with barcode from nvc or do i have to download and print it out?

IV bill should be updated in 2-3 days

And for the DS230 barcode sheet you print after the DS230 bill is shown as PAID like you did with the I864.

It takes 3 business days to change the status from IN PROCESS to PAID and then you can print the DOCUMENT Cover sheet and send that with your DS-230 package.

You need to Put Income as $50,678.00 not AGI

question. on the tax for it says income 50,678.00 and adjustment gross income 48,345.00 which do i put on the line that says my annual income and which one i put on the tax most recent income?

also will 48,345.00 be enough for household of 8(that include the intending immigrant)?

so on line 23, 24a and 25, i would put the income of 50,678.00 right?

Also my dad and his wife file together, will i need to do anything else because of that?

He was just like "yah it may work" that it lol. but i heard that sometimes the ARV dose not get updated. but i know they have my case.

No, you will send Original certificate on one case and a copy of the same on other case and on the copy you need to write "ORIGNAL HELD ON CASE # --------" as i did the same and everyone else are doing the same. You must do that for every document that is not the original..Hope this helps...
