Update for my daughter case that I just worry about it. They said on AVR that they get DS230 on 13 NOV Yeah!!!!!

That's mean I only have to wait for case complete and interview date right? Thanks you guys to help me out until now

Can't wait to see her again this Sat. I'll be back in Thailand Yeah!!!!!

hI, ChinaBabe Im sorry but I dont know much about the I-864 sorry my sponser knows all about it and is going to handle it for me.

However for the DS-230 this is what you need from you'r mother and father

Birth Certificate

Court and Prison Records

Deportation Documentation

Marriage Certificate

Marriage Termination Documentation

Military Records

Petitioner Documents

Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

Police Certificate(s)

Custody Documentation

All have to be ORIGNAL except for the Passport Biographic Data page which is a photo copy.

You need to send

1) an original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s birth certificate and

2) original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s marriage certificate from the Petitioner’s current and all previous marriages.

So if you dont have your orignal Marriage certificate you have to get a certified copy.

But you said you have one i think they will send it all to the Embesy in China when your parents go in for the interview. So i think you can go ahead and send the orignal.

Congrats Pook! Yes, they got it now you have to wait for them to Approve it. then for the case to show as "COMPLETE" and then the interview date!!

IV Fee BIlls will be generated once DS-3032 is approved/accepted. You can pay your bill now nothing stops you from paying now....

just received IV bills vie emails. I haven't send the I864 yet since i am still waiting for my husband's employment letter. should i pay the bill now, or wait until i mail the I864?

also how can i find out if they process the ds3032 on my parents cases yet?

You need to submit Originals of your BIrth certificate and marriage certificate and you need to submit your parents Original Birth certificates and marriage certificates along with Police clearance certificate and copy of biographic pages of passport.

i am applying for my parents. i guess it's IR5. what do i need for the ds230.

i had already give my orginal birth certificate to uscis, do i still need to submit a orginal one to nvc, also, i know i will need my parents birth certificate, marriage certificate, police certificate. do i need my marriage certificate? if so can i give the copy, because i only have one orginal.

Wow congrats Chinababe on such a fast approvel on the DS-3032 . I already have everything ready i just need about a week for the person who is doing the I-864 to return from out of town. my hubby already got everything ready for the DS-230 were just waiting for the DS-3032 to be Approved. Hopefully by next week The DS-3032 will be approved so i can send Both The DS-230 and I-864 next week.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

What is your status? Did you parents applied for PCC?

Raj, we got PCC and we appiled for passport PCC as well. I am hoping to send ds230 end of this month. I am really behind but at my place they need sort of proof for PCC but will get it.

Raj I filled almost 2nd day of when you filled, it is on 08/27 and I got approval on I guess 09/25 around - I was out of town so dont know exact dates but it is around that time. and then got AOS Bill on 10/22, my DS3032 accepted on 10/26, got IV bill on 10/29 and received checklist email on 11/04. and now waiting to complete my DS230 once eveything is collected in india I can send it to NVC. Hoping all to be done by the end of March. I must say NVC is super fast but I am breaking them now due to PCC problem.

any updates on your case Raj yet?

Hi all, just to update my case, I already send the DS-230 and civil documents of my daughter yesterday 11/16 via UPS Hope everything is alright

These are the documents I send for my daughter (Package IV):

IV Package Coversheet (The one I printed from the NVC Page)

DS-230 Part 1 (signed by me) and part 2 (not signed)

Original and photocopy of her birth certificate

Translation of her birth certificate

Photocopy of her passport biographic page.

2 identical color white background photographs

I wrote her case number on the upper right corner of all pages and photographs. Does this sounds ok Pook?
