i dont remember sending my hubby's pay stub for the last 6 months. i only sent the recent of his LES (leave & earning statement), W2 and '08 ITR and it was ok..never received any RFE on our I-864.

A quick question about the DS-230 for the signature he can sign his name in any language correct like he can sign his name in arabic right?

it doesnt have to be in english only. If you still have doubts you can call NVC and talk to an operator.

I spoke to an operator and she told me all i need is my 2008 tax return and w-2's paystubs from the last 90 days and employment letter. lol this is confusing me because everyone is saying something different. and i only want to do this thing once, i don't want them to send me no RFE or saying my support is not enough.

Do any of you have this problem, I just send DS230 Package to NVC on 9 NOV (arrived) until now they said they didn't got it.

That's mean it's not in the system right? how many days it gonna take to be in system. I'm really worry coz I have to go back home now and I don't know how long it's gonna take to complete. Anybody help me please!!!!! :help::help:

Did you send by Fedex or any other carrier that tracks if it is delivered to NVC? If it is delivered to NVC then it will take anywhere from 3 days to a week to get into the system based on the signatures on this forum and once it is entered into the system then it will be another 7 days to 10 days to get approved if all the required documents are sent.

Did you send by Fedex or any other carrier that tracks if it is delivered to NVC? If it is delivered to NVC then it will take anywhere from 3 days to a week to get into the system based on the signatures on this forum and once it is entered into the system then it will be another 7 days to 10 days to get approved if all the required documents are sent.

Raj.....I used Fedex and they show arrived at NVC on 9 NOV but I think Wed. is holiday. It might be slow but I still worry coz I didn't sent coversheet that they gave me along with Package ( Coz I send it at noon but they e-mail me at 1pm). Everything should be fine right?

I am not sure what happens if Cover Sheet is not in the documents set you have sent.....but did you anywhere put your NVC case number on the file for them to know that it belongs to your case? Call NVC and talk to them and see what they suggest/advice you...or any other members here will answer....
