can you tell me what did you submit with the i864? did you submit w2 or IRS tax transcripts or paystubs since you didn't submit employment letter?

FYI, from what I understand, employment letter is no longer a requirement. I submitted my AOS without the employment letter and it was approved.

we submitted recent tax copy, my hubby's LES & W2. Just the recent tax and there was no problem..

The nvc usually takes 14+ days to accept ds-3032 via email. In my opinion, After you email the Pdf form to nvc, your dad still should FedEx the form right from where he lives to the nvc. Or even he FedEx the form to you then you send it to the nvc, it's still less than 14 days. Email is a good buffer but not quiet efficient in this matter

thanks,that's my plan. that's way i am waiting for nvc said the ds3032 with the barcode on it, so my dad can sign and scan it email to me, so i can email to nvc. and my dad can mail the original to nvc.

since i had already paid the AOS fee, and even filled out I864 and I864a for both my parents ahead of time. There is nothing i can do but wait for my dad's ds3032 to come.

I just got my case number . i talked with someone over the phone, she only ask me for my email address and she said give them two week and they will mail me and my mother the package. was i supposed to register the my mother email address with her too?

I also asked her about the AOS and she told me that i only need my 2008 tax and w-s, a check stub within the last 90 days and letter of employment and if i am getting sponsor to have the same thing for him or her.

If your mother plans to email nvc directly, then register her email address.

My AOS fee shows paid online, so i just print out the cover sheet. i am going to mail out the I864 and I 864a in one envelop. i just want to ask, do i need to submit 2 copies of the tax transcripts and w2s or one copy is good enough?

updating my case

I got both my parents ds3032 emailed to nvc (the ds3032 template and attached a pdf file with their signature just in case) i also asked my dad to mail the paper ds3032 to nvc today.

right after i emailed to nvc, i got AUTO RESPONSE from nvc.

now i am just waiting for my husband employment letter and i will be ready to file I864.

It is been more than 2 weeks that my case has entered into the NVC system for DS-230 and no update yet....Looks like i am the only one stuck at NVC for DS-230.....keeping my fingers crossed......hoping to hear good news soon.

I saw couple of approvals in immigration forum which are around my timeframe and also later too.....and here are the details..

One Case....

10/22/09 - paid IV BILL, $400

11/03/09- ds-230 RECEIVED

11/12/09- CASE COMPLETE per automated system

Second Case...

On Tuesday Nov. 3 2009 AVR stated that my DS 230 was received

On Wednesday Nov. 5 2009 AVR stated that " I was missing information/incompleted form DS-230" when I call them in the morning, they told me that, they already received my DS-230 on 0ct. 29. 2009. On Thursday evening my login failed, and on Saturday AVR stated

that my case was completed on Nov.6 2009

Yes, i did talk to the operator but of no use as he is saying that we received the mail and it is in review process.
