question please about the I-864. unfortunately i don't make enough to sponsor my mother . now i am having a hard time finding someone to help me with support. my question is, if and that is a big IF i find someone, that person will only support my mom right? and he or she will have to make whatever the requirement amount per household plus my mother right?

how long after NVC AVR said the case has been completed, did you get the interview date email? my cases completed 11/6 but i have not received the interview emails to date. let me know-

NVC Assigns a Case#:

DS3032/ AOS Fee Bill Generated:

"...NVC will mail...the beneficiary..." OR "DS3032 and AOS Fee Bill has been generated on________"

DS3032 Entered in the System:

"...NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address form on______.

Please allow 4-6 weeks before you will be notified by NVC..."

AOS Fee Processed:

"...NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address form on______.

and will send further instructions within the next few weeks..."

IV Fee Bill Generation:

"...The Immigration Visa Fee Bill letter has been generated on ____and will be sent within the next few weeks..."

that will work. Make sure you collect all the civil documents to send along with the DS-230.
