Is NVC closed tommarow? what holidays are they closed on? can someone post me a list? i dont want to keep waitting for an email back or for me (Aos) to show as paid if there closed lol.

Also when will they send me my I-864 in the mail?

NVC will not email you if your payment is paid. It's your responsibility to go back to your account and check. If the status is PAID, you will be able to print out the cover sheet(s) and see the link to I-864. Don't you read the instructions in the attachment in your email?

I　just paid the AOS fee, $70. does anybody know how long it will change from in process to paid?

and i am still waiting for my dad's ds3032 package from NVC

NVC will not email you if your payment is paid. It's your responsibility to go back to your account and check. If the status is PAID, you will be able to print out the cover sheet(s) and see the link to I-864. Don't you read the instructions in the attachment in your email?

Um yes i read it.... i know i have to go and check it i was talking about my DS-3032 That i E-mailed

On the payment site it says 2-3 days

Hi Forum, hope somebody can help me. The IV Package bill has been paid and already shows as paid on the NVC system. I know that the next step is to print the coversheet and send my daughters DS-230 within her civil documents, wich I havent done because I am waiting for some documents that I am missing . Today I had received an email from NVC, they are sending me the Checklist Letter Response, and on the 3rd page saids these:

"The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support form (I-864) for this case. However, we are

still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). Please submit the form according to the

instructions"

Does this means that I can send the DS-230 first and then all my daughters civil documents or I must wait to have them all in order to send them along with her DS-230.

Know which coversheet will I have to use, the one I printed from the NVC system the day the IV Package showed as paid, or this one I had just received via email.

Sorry for so many questions. Hope somebody can help.

You should wait and send everything together for the DS-230 or you may get RFE.

I am still waiting for my dad's ds3032, right after i got it, i will send to NVC the ds3032 via email, and also let my parents send to NVC a paper ds3032. so since i alread paid the AOS fee, should i fill out I864 to NVC or i have to wait for them to ask me to? also what else do i need to send with I864, i ordered the IRS tax transcripts for last 3 years. anything alse i need to send along with the I864?

Hope I can help you. I think e-mail that they send it to you is a template that they send to everybody. I-864 came from Patitioner and DS230 came from Beneficiary that's mean you can't put it all together.

For the coversheet I just call them coz my daughter case I print out the Barcode Cover Sheet and I send it with the package without their Cover Letter. ( I send it 11 am and they send me an e-mail arround 1 pm) They said as long as you write your case number on top right hand side it should be fine!!!

Hi Pook, thank you. I had already sent the I-864 first like 2 weeks ago. Now I know that I must send her DS-230 along with her civil documents. I will then wait to have all the papers together in order to send them along with the DS230, and this cover letter I received. Im glad you had already sent your package. I am still waiting for 1 document, but honestly, I am starting to feel desesperate, but I know I need to calm down.

Hope that tomorrow I can have an aswer regarding that last document I am waiting for.

Hello,

I havent had a chance to post the interview details since I just got back to the States today. The interview was on 11/05 at 8am. I took some originales and copies of all the paperwork. We got there and they let me in since I am the petitioner. We got inside and after 10 mins. they called my mom but we all three of us went to the window. They just wanted to verify that they had all the paperwork and they gave me back some copies that they didn't need anymore. We went back to sit down for about 45 mins( it was a long wait....my dad was sleeping most of that time) and then we were called to go to another window. The lady asked my mom and dad to sign the DS 230 (the last page) and then made us to swear that everything was true. Then, she started asking some questions to us.

How long have they been married?

If I was conceived after they got married?

How many children do they have and where do they live?

If they have ever stayed in US more than 6 months while they were using their turist visa?

Also the lady asked me, where do I live and where do I work? Since I am not working at this moment I told them that I am a full time student and I am doing my externship now. then, she asked me for my husband's (sponsor) and son's name and where they were born. After that, she said : "We have all the paperwork and everything is right, so I will issue the visa and welcome to America"

It was very quick no even 10 minutes.My parents and I were very excited and they picked up the visa today from DHL.

I am very happy that this process is over...Once again, thank you guys for the guidance in this process...
