any one know how many days/weeks/months it is taking to receive check list and DS230 packet from NVC after IV bill showed PAID? (I need to get checklist from NVC to get PCC they are not accepting any other NVC official documents)

About a week.

and is it by mail or by email?

I don't think they send out paper DS-230 package anymore. Also, the "checklist letter" is really an RFE that says DS-230 is missing. It took about a week for me to receive the checklist letter via email.

8/3/12 Collection kit was mailed in Tirana embassy (for my brother)

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

I am starting to get worried. i hate being the one row in the middle whose case is falling behind others... :( How much further u guys think i am going to have to wait further....?

Hey!Thinking possitive. I just wait only 71 days from NOA1. I think I have to wait longer than that but everything can happen. Don't worry I'll pray for you. Good Luck!!!!

09/14/09 - NVC case # assigned, emails registered

09/17/09 - email AOS bill received and paid online, ds3032 received and returned

09/21/09 - AOS bill status "PAID", FedExed out AOS, 09/24/09 delivered to NVC

09/28/09 - AVR:AOS acknowledged

10/02/09 - 3032 was acknol. by NVC, paid IV Bill online

yes I sent on 10/12 by email and I also sent paper copy email printout + scanned copy printout with my parents signature and it took around 2 weeks and accepted on 10/26.
