11/04/2009: Got checklist email for DS230

12/01/2009: (needed some time to collect documents so here it got some delayed) Sent DS230

12/04/2009: DS230 delivered

12/08/2009: DS230 Received Updated AVR

12/15/2009: Login failed

12/18/2009: Case completed as per AVR - no email yet for interview date

12/28/2009: Got Interview schedule email - Scheduled on 02/22/2010 (hoorrayyy)

01/25/2010: Medical Appointment

01/25/2010: Medical Done

02/22/2010: Interview Done - Visa issued.

05/20/2010: US Entry - Washington DC IAD.

06/10/2010: Received Welcome Notice from USCIS

06/28/2010: Received GC for Mom, still waiting for DAD

06/30/2010: Received GC for Dad

07/01/2010: applied for SSN

No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

Congratulations again Feliz to you and to your Mom and Good Luck!!!!!!!

I received Checklist emails from NVC this morning around 8:25 AM CST and the email says exactly what mooninlove, Domi22 and vveell about missing DS-230. I mailed DS-230 last Friday and they received it on Monday (10-29-09). Hope and expecting a smooth process for me and for others without any RFE's. Mooninlove, Domi22 and vveell please post any updates you get from NVC or if if the status changes in AVR or anysort of news....as always we do.....

I received my interview date email from NVC! for Dec 1, 2009! :dance:

Domi22, there are 2 types of RFE:

FALSE RFE - if NVC claims it is missing entire document and you just sent it less then a week ago

REAL RFE - if it was more then a week since you mailed your packet and NVC emails you a request for a specific document like birth certificate etc.

Did anyone got email to pay IV bill pay after it showed up at NVC site? mine is showed up yesterday morning but still no email.

Mine showed up "Not Paid" yesterday morning and I got the email last night. You should get the email soon.

I received my interview date email from NVC! for Dec 1, 2009! :dance:

Domi22, there are 2 types of RFE:

By the way, I probably read it wrong, or misunderstood, but I thought the interviews are done in 2nd and 4th week - or is it the interview scehduling that is done in the second week?
