Yes you are right...do not pay until you receive IV Fee Bill Email. I think sometime tonight or today you will get IV Fee Bill Email.

No they will not send any email. Once your case is received by NVC they will assign a case number and at that time they will ask you for email addressess and phone number OR you can provide them your email address and your parents email addresses. Once they have email addresses then they communicate with you via email.

i received RFE on oct.6 to USCIS, and USCIS sent me the approval notices on oct. 27th.

updating my parents cases. i just got approval emails from uscis for both of my parents I130. it also said the approval notices was mailed it to me on OCT 27th. very happy.

please help me, what should i do next.

congratulations!! you have to wait till it gets to NVC then provide to them your email or your parents email to receive notifications and payment of fees..Btw, when you receive RFE, does NVC sends email notices too?

Many congratulations on your USCIS approval.

You can now call the NVC automated service on 603 334 0700.

Just follow the prompts and enter your USCIS case number.

The automated service will probably say 'We have no record of your case number'.

BUT when your NVC number has been assigned it will tell you what that number is.

It may well be a week or two before the message changes but at least it gives you something to do while you are waiting!

at my place they are not able to issue Police Clarence certificate (PCC) without showing them any proof that we applied to immigration visa and we need it. I got IV bill and waiting for email to pay it.Once I will pay and let say it will be PAID this weekend. Then how many days they need to send anything that you need to fill DS230 or any kind of official document to show and get PCC. Or I can call NVC and ask for it.

any help/suggestion?

FYI..I mailed DS-230 last Friday and received by them on Monday morning...

Raj, this is the "reply" to your DS3032 email that you sent to NVC. They just opened your email today. As you can see, Processing of emailed DS3032 is so much slower.

By the time they opened/read your email, you had already sent the DS-230, which is not in the system yet. You sent the paper DS3032, and that was accepted much sooner than your email DS3032.

This is nothing to worry about. If your DS-230 was already in the system, it would have responded with something like "Case completed on ...., wait...".

Could you use the I-130 approval letter? Or, the NVC email requesting DS-3032? This document was addressed directly to your relative, and should be enough to prove that your relative is going to apply for IV

You should wait until you get the email from NVC with the IV Fee Bill. There are a few who had issues for making payment before the bill was generated.

Once the Visa Fee payment site changes the status of the IV Fee from "NOT INVOICED" to "NOT PAID", it means that the actual IV Fee Bill will be generated and sent via email, usually within a day or two.

Yes, this is an indication that the DS-3032 has been received. However, this doesn't say anything about the receipt of I-864 since it's a process that is not dependent on DS-3032.

Do not pay until you receive IV Fee Bill Email. IV Fee Bill shows once DS-3032 is entered into the system and it will generate IV Fee BIll Email once it is accepted....so you should receive IV Fee Bill Email in a day or two. Good Luck.
