hello there,

just a quick update. my parents had their medical exams last thursday and everything was fine.they had their results later the same day.

When my parents called to make their medical appointment they were told to bring the letter showing when their interview date were...because they scheduled their exams at least 2 weeks prior the interview.

I'll be flying to see my parents and we will go to the interview together. I emailed to the USembassy in my country asking them if they would let me be at the interview and they said yes, beneficiaries and petitioner and/or sponsor can be at the interview.

i hope everything goes well.....

I heard NVC AVS that they received I864 on Oct 22nd? does that mean it is entered in NVC system? or just they received it.?

It has been entered into the sysytem... The AVR only updates after they enter the information into the system, it does not meen they have finished with the I-864 just that they have input the details.

In your timeline in your signature, i see you have dates for NVC left and Consulate received - how do you find these dates? can you please explain in details? - also will i get an email of NVC case complete and another email for Interview date?

i also think it means it was entered in the system, not approved. I read that when i864 gets actually approved - NVC issued a false RFE for ds230 or 3032 (even if it's been sent to them or even delivered)

Dear All whos case was completed

there have been 2 cases of case sent to embassy (in Manila and Senegal) on the day of case complete, confirmed by NVC operator. Both embassied belong to appointed list, which is not supposed to be sent untill NVC scheduled an interview date.

Operator said Inteviews for November are done and I should call after Nov 15, because scheduling is done on 2nd week of month, but if you look at statistics - it happens at any part of month http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list...ll&dfile=No

In order to establish if it's a new routine or just a random glitch, plz let us know if your case was sent by NVC before the interview was appointed

And also one more thing, I sent DS3032 signed scanned copy print out + email print out to NVC (they already received)? but AVS saying NVC is waiting for DS3032 from beneficary. Does that mean I need to send original DS3032 copy or its just normal?

Today the NVC AVR says " NVC received Alien Biographic Forms from Petitioner and NVC will review all the documents............." What does that mean.

Does this mean that my DS-230 has been entered into their system?

DS-230 documents are received by them this morning at 9:30 AM and i checked the message at 11:20 AM CST. Please let me know.

Case Complete on October 23rd Guys. I will keep you updated when I received the interview date. I should know by Friday since the consulate that will handle my mother's case schedules interviews on a weekly basis.

Case Complete on October 23rd Guys. I will keep you updated when I received the interview date. I should know by Friday since the consulate that will handle my mother's case schedules interviews on a weekly basis.

08/2006 - 10/2007 - Lifting Conditions timeline

10/2007 - 6/26/2009 Citizenship, Los Angeles DO timeline

06/30/09 - delivered

07/06/09 - NOA date (rec'd - 07/10) #WAC 09xxx3, touched.

07/08/09 - check cashed, #WAC 09xxx2 (not online)

08/29/09 - APPROVED!!!

NVC

09/14/09 - NVC case # assigned, emails registered

09/17/09 - email AOS bill received and paid online, ds3032 received and returned

09/21/09 - AOS bill status "PAID", FedExed out AOS, 09/24/09 delivered to NVC

09/28/09 - AVR:AOS acknowledged

10/02/09 - 3032 was acknol. by NVC, paid IV Bill online

10/05/09 - emails: 1 pm -RFE for 3032, 3 pm - IV bill, 5 pm - status PAID

10/09/09 - ds230 delivered to NVC at 9am

10/14/09 - AVR: Checklist response was received

10/20/09 - login failed! - between 5 pm and 9 pm PST, at 5 pm it was still working

10/21/09 - case complete! (AVR updated after 10 pm) = total NVC 37 days

10/28/09 - interview date email came at 6.30 pm, no AVR changes yet

10/30/09 - AVR: "Case sent to embassy on Oct 29" = total 4 months from delivery of i130 to USCIS

11/02/09 - Medical

11/20/09 - Interview - PASSED!!!

11/28 - POE: LAX

09/01/09: ND for both parents

09/02/09: Both Checks Cashed ($355 each)

09/21/09: I-130 approved ( LUD on USCIS online )

09/29/09: Received I-130 approved notices (NOA2)

10/02/09: NVC Case #s assigned to both parents and emails regd.

10/06/09: Rcvd. emails for DS-3032 and AOS Fee ( Paid AOS Fee same night)

12/01/2009: (needed some time to collect documents so here it got some delayed) Sent DS230

12/08/2009: DS230 Received Updated AVR

12/15/2009: Login failed

12/18/2009: Case completed as per AVR - no email yet for interview date

12/28/2009: Got Interview schedule email - Scheduled on 02/22/2010 (hoorrayyy)

01/25/2010: Medical Appointment

02/22/2010: Interview Done - Visa issued.

05/20/2010: US Entry - Washington DC IAD.

06/10/2010: Received Welcome Notice from USCIS
