yahooo - my login failed!!

I was afraid they will ask for original of my dad's death certificate, but i guess a copy is ok! Everything else was originals.

My PAST Timelines:

10/2004 - Conditional GC

08/2006 - 10/2007 - Lifting Conditions timeline

10/2007 - 6/26/2009 Citizenship, Los Angeles DO timeline

06/30/09 - delivered

07/06/09 - NOA date (rec'd - 07/10) #WAC 09xxx3, touched.

07/08/09 - check cashed, #WAC 09xxx2 (not online)

08/29/09 - APPROVED!!!

09/14/09 - NVC case # assigned, emails registered

09/17/09 - email AOS bill received and paid online, ds3032 received and returned

09/21/09 - AOS bill status "PAID", FedExed out AOS, 09/24/09 delivered to NVC

09/28/09 - AVR:AOS acknowledged

10/02/09 - 3032 was acknol. by NVC, paid IV Bill online

10/05/09 - emails: 1 pm -RFE for 3032, 3 pm - IV bill, 5 pm - status PAID

10/09/09 - ds230 delivered to NVC at 9am

10/14/09 - AVR: Checklist response was received

10/20/09 - login failed! - between 5 pm and 9 pm PST, at 5 pm it was still working

10/21/09 - case complete! (AVR updated after 10 pm) = total NVC 37 days

10/28/09 - interview date email came at 6.30 pm, no AVR changes yet

10/30/09 - AVR: "Case sent to embassy on Oct 29" = total 4 months from delivery of i130 to USCIS

11/02/09 - Medical

11/20/09 - Interview - PASSED!!!

11/28 - POE: LAX

some useful info about times of updates (from spouses forum http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=22011) :

Check after 3PM and 10PM... They do their updates then...

Did you mean "updates after 3pm and 10pm" for AVR or for the online payment website?

The website updates at 3 PM and 10 Pm and sometime in the early morning...

The AVR seems to update in the morning and at 3PM... my observations and the timing of others updates and an operator once let it slip that she had to check for the 10PM update

Congratulations Feliz! I hope that your mother is with you soon! NVC received the DS-230 on October 14th and still no update on the AVR but I am fairly confident that the case should be completed by next week. Best of luck and let us know how your mother's interview goes! Thanks for all of your precious info! :thumbs:

05/04/11 Waiting.......I am pregnant and I wish my Mom could be here when baby is born

05/23/11 Received email. Case approved. Yeahhhhhh

05/26/11 Received NOA 2 in the mail.

06/07/11 NVC received case.

06/08/11 Called to give emails and got IIN.

06/10/11 Sent DS3032 email and paid AOS fee. Received auto response 15 seconds later.

06/14/11 AOS Showed Paid. Sent AOS Package.

06/16/11 NVC Received and accepted DS3032. AOS Package was delivered to NVC.

06/17/11 Paid IV fee.

06/22/11 IV Showed Paid.

06/23/11 Sent DS-230 via Express Mail.

06/24/11 DS 230 was delivered by USPS.

06/28/11 AOS was accepted per AVR.

Last night i received emails about IV Fee Bill and Paid $400 as soon as i received emails for both my parents and will be checking the site for the status to change to "PAID". Will post the details as soon as i get any updates.

Congratulations Feliz! I hope that your mother is with you soon! NVC received the DS-230 on October 14th and still no update on the AVR but I am fairly confident that the case should be completed by next week. thanks :-) from my experience its pretty safe to predict NVC's speed and actions by other timelines, mine sometimes matched the exact amount of buisness days. Although the time of reaction doesnt tell you if its RFE or approval, so please double check your packet- i saw people getting RFE for Beneficiary's photos and for joint sponsor's proof or relationship with main sponsor, and of course the usual affidavit of support rfe's - missing tax years etc

10/09/09 - ds230 delivered to NVC at 9am

10/14/09 - AVR: Checklist response was received

10/20/09 - login failed! - between 5 pm and 9 pm PST, at 5 pm it was still working

10/21/09 - case complete! (AVR updated after 10 pm) = total NVC 37 days

10/28/09 - interview date email came at 6.30 pm, no AVR changes yet

10/30/09 - AVR: "Case sent to embassy on Oct 29" = total 4 months from delivery of i130 to USCIS

11/02/09 - Medical

11/20/09 - Interview - PASSED!!!

11/28 - POE: LAX

CONGRATULATIONS Feliz.

yahooo - my login failed!!

I was afraid they will ask for original of my dad's death certificate, but i guess a copy is ok! Everything else was originals.

Last night i received emails about IV Fee Bill and Paid $400 as soon as i received emails for both my parents and will be checking the site for the status to change to "PAID". Will post the details as soon as i get any updates.

have already sent the i-864 pkg and nvc got it about 1.5 weeks ago - ds230 pkg were sent last friday and have not received by nvc yet but will in next couple days

i have a question - i just checked the AVR message and it said there is some info missing on my case and letter went out on 10/20 - please submit this info to nvc at your earliest - so i pressed 0 to get to operator to find out what is missing and operator looked at my case and said there is nothing missing in i-864 pkg - i told her about AVR message telling me conflicting message she said it may be because the DS230 has not been received - has anyone experience this? do I expect an RFE or once DS230 pkg is received, the message will change?

I just checked usics website, it says "On October 13, 2009, we received your response to our request for evidence......." however, i haven't hear anything from them yet. does anybody know how long does it take uscis to process the RFE?

whats a standard process - to update AVR with message saying we sent you notice of missing documents?

Update about my case. Mama, sent DS3032 through email last Oct 6,09 and NVC hasn't acknowlege it yet.So when Mama got the email I told her to print it and sent it to me and I just got her Mail today and right away sent through USPS. And I included the email that Mama sent. I followed what tay said about the email...

CONGRATULATIONS To All those cases are completed!!! Way to go people!!

May 10,2011: NOA2( Approved)

May 21,2011: Called NVC got case number

May 26,2011: called NVC to set up emails

May 26,2011: received an email from NVC- P3AU english(stating the visa is not available for your use)
