hi everyone can somebody help me to see the IV bill instruction? it show paid on the website but when i click the bottom instruction it says website cannot be found..thanks

Are you trying to print out a cover sheet? it happend to me few months ago when IV bill was paid, but when I tried to click on printing out the cover sheet, the website was giving me an error message. It happend over the weekend though. Next Monday everything was fixed.

Question...how does the cover letter fo I 864 looks like???? because I made the payment I went to print the cover letter to mail it and looks funny like cut in half what can I do? is this normal?....

Also I'm sending and I 864a for my husband and I'm not sure if I have to send a copy of his resident card?

it happened to me as well try using IE instead of firefox and also keep trying I tried 4-5 times and then I got it.

Can someone tell me if parents will need some kind of police report saying they never been arrested/jailed, etc. If so, where it has to come from? Should my parents request it? Does it have to be in the sealed envelope for me to send it to USCIS? How long the report is good for? Thanks.

Police and Prison Records

Available. Russian law (MVD Order no. 965, dated November 1, 2001) mandates that the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) provide police certificates both to Russian citizens and to foreigners who have lived or are living in Russia. The law states that in Russia, MVD offices must provide the certificate within 30 days. Those residing outside of Russia, both Russian citizens and non-citizens, may either delegate a Power-of-Attorney to apply for the certificate on their behalf in Russia, or apply directly to the Russian Consulate. Police certificates should note all names that the person has used in Russia, and should note the MVD branches in all locations that were queried.

Federal and more serious criminal records in Russia are kept at the Main Information Center (MIC), while convictions related to minor offenses (interpreted as when the punishment was to to 3 years of imprisonment) are stored in the local police (militia) archives. Court records are generally available upon a request from the individual. Prison records are generally not available.

Under Russian law, a prior conviction is expunged from the MIC's databank after a specified period of time has passed following the completion of the sentence. For "grave" crimes the period is six years; for "especially grave" crimes it is eight years. Thus, if an applicant committed a grave crime and more than six years have passed since the completion of his/her sentence, the MIC will not show a record of this crime.

In the absence of a Russian police certificate, and when dealing with applicants who could have theoretically served prison time more than eight years prior to the date of IV application, key features to look for are knuckle tattoos. Russian prison culture is vibrant and unique; tattoos serve a role of establishing rank and status, and it is quite common for males to have served time in prison to have such markings.

They won't need certificate if you apply for adjustment of status inside USA. Otherwise your parents should go to your city or town GUVD or UVD and request police certificate from any place they have lived for more than 6 months since they turned 16 years old. They need to translate this certificate and send it to you. You'll send it along with other documents in the package of from DS-230. What city are you from? I might be able to help you to find where to go in your city. You can write PM to me.

I logged in this morning and I am able to see the IV Application Processing Fees ( SELECT tab ) enabled to PAY the IV Fee BILL. I or my parents did not receive if the DS-3032 agent form is accepted or not, but based on what i read on this forum is not to pay until i receive the DS-3032 approved email.

Do you guys suggest me to pay the bill or wait until the email arrives? Please let me know.
