one more question, on top of the ds3032 form, said place case barcode strip here before mailing to the nvc, where can i find the barcode strip, how did you guys place it on the form?

I spoke with a supervisor at NVC (his parents live next to my best friend) yesterday about the issues with the DS3032 emails taking 14+ days and the problems of getting signed DS3032 from parents.

He told me that if you have emailed the DS3032 to NVC you can print out a copy of the email that was sent and mail that to NVC. You will need to write in large bold print on the top right of the printed email "PAPER COPY OF EMAIL SENT --/--/--" The officer said that in this format it would be acceptable because they will have the email with senders info on record once they input the original email into the system.

ChinaBabe, INSTEAD OF CONFUSION WITH SIGNATURES AND BARCODES, WHY NOT JUST PRINT AND MAIL THE EMAIL? its acceptable just like signed and barcoded 3032

on my story - ds3032 was delivered this morning at 9am to Portsmouth, now its the hardest part - waiting where nothing depends on me. AVR still has the RFE message.

Question guys....my IV fee bill was paid yesterday and today it already shows PAID status....should i wait for AOS receival confirmation fm NVC before submitting DS230 package ?

fyi my DS3032 has already been accepted.

I have an answer from NVC Rep. she said if she too young to sign anything I can sign it for her but I have to put my name in there and said I'm her mother. I think this will help us Robotica97. Good luck

My mother got an e-mail from NVC telling her that the DS-3032 has been accepted. It took from September 22 until yesterday October 8th. I will let you know (specially mooninlove ant IT_1) when I get the IV bill. Please be adviced not to pay this bill until the you get the IV bill e-mail. Tay, it is great to have contacts with an NVC insider.

I also got Email from NVC about ds3032, now i am waiting for IV fee email..... I am not going to pay bill untill i receive IV email.

Thanks! Now i have my mom's Invoice ID# too which i thought would slow down the case so it's a pretty good day for me! I notice you sent your DS3032 the same day like mine and was accepted the same day like mine so i'm sure your IV fee email is on it's way. crossing my fingers for that!

No go ahead print the barcode (its online on the bottom of the PAID page) and send ds230

AOS bill + AOS is a separate 2 step line from the 3 step 3032-IVBill-ds230 sequence

He also said on the issue of paying either the AOS or IV bill before you get the NVC generated email will delay your case because when the NVC issue the email notice if you have already paid the bill it will reset the payment status to "NOT PAID" this then means that NVC will have to investigate the payment history for your acount to comfirm the payment. they are trying to correct this bug in their software but it will take a few months to happen. SO DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU GET THE EMAIL FROM NVC TELLING YOU TO PAY.

Hi Pook, thank you so much for your answer. I haven't had time to call NVC or USCIS (now thanks to Tiger I know that USCIS wouldn't help me on this matter) since I am out of town. I already received the $70 dlls fee and the DS-3032 to fill out. I will do the payment on Monday via internet and will fill and sign the DS-3032 as well. In fact my babys timeline is similar to yours. Here it is. I hope our experience can be helpful for both of us. Good Luck!
