No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

ok i just found out my DS3032 has been accepted for both cases and i've already sent in the AOS package couple days ago - should i wait for NVC to confirm that they've received the AOS package before I pay the IV fee bil that's already available online? please help as IV fee bill is already available to be paid. let me know people.

I sent DS3032 from my email, 2 weeks passed, AVR saying waiting for DS3032. I called NVC and they said nothing yet. I am planning to send now via USPS or FEDEX today.

I called NVC yesterday and same thing with me, they have not received my DS3032 email which i sent on the 22nd of Sep..I guess i have to wait until i get from the mail the signed DS3032 from my parents which i am planning to send via USPS.

Thank you vveell. Exactly i did that i posted here..thought for sometime and figured out that there is one on the emails sent by NVC, i did cut them and paste it on the signed DS-3032 forms and mailed them yesterday via FEDEX and should reach NVC today morning by 10:30 AM.

Received emails(2emails for agent form and 2 emails for AOS fee) yesterday evening from NVC about the DS-3032 and AOS Fee. I paid the fees last night and sent DS-3032 today for both parents. Also received Auto Response for DS-3032 sent from NVC right away.

Do you guys suggest me to MAIL DS-3032?

In the e-mail regarding the choice of agent there is a DS-3032 form with the barcode. You should not go to WIKI in order to generate one more barcode. You have already got one. It should fit perfectly. Just print out the form, cut the barcode and paste it where it should become. It worked for me.

Im in the same boat as you guys. I e-mailed the DS-3032 on September 22nd, and still no response from NVC. I talked to a live person yesterday and he told me that they were processing the e-mails that were sent as of September 15th and told me to give it another week. This seems very odd since Feliz sent her DS 3032 e-mail on September 17th, and got approved last Friday. I mailed the original physical DS-3032 on Monday just to be safe. I wonder which one will get approved first. Mooninlove, IT 1, hang in there. Will keep you posted when the DS-3032 gets approved.

Feliz, glad that all of the RFE issues in regards to the IV Fee got resolved.

How long did it take for them to accept the DS-3032 (email).

Question for Raj456...

Was your PAYMENT STATUS updated to PAID already..seems like we got the same timeline.

I just checked mine and it still says IN Process, it's already cleared in my bank.

it only took 5 days fm the date of email to get accepted.

i have one more question though....if i m USC and filing i130 for mom and dad both here, do i have to submit my original marriage certificate and my original birth certificate in the DS230 package?

Dear fellow VJ'ers. I called the NVC today and the operator told me that gettting an automated e-mail response from NVC does not necessarily mean that they have received your e-mail. She further said that sometimes e-mails are never received. She strongly advices to mail the paper DS-3032 instead.
