I haven't called the NVC again to give the email addresses of my parents.

I was surprised that I got emails from NVC regarding paying the AOS fee bill and DS-3032 form.

Guess, no need to register my parents emails addresses.

You are right. That's why they don't ask you to provide them. I gave my mom's e-mail just in case.

Any good news yet Richard?

My parents' cases were FINALLY completed on Sep 30, so now it's just the waiting game. Unfortunetely, I heard Guangzhou Counsel (China) took longer to process the packages than other countries. Good luck with yours.

Hey Bingtian.

We sent the documents by DHL Courier last Friday to the NVC. We find out today that DHL managed to send the documents 1000 miles in the wrong direction in the States. They will not be arrive at the NVC until later today.

We did also try something clever.... We scanned all the documents and sent them to my daughter. She printed them off with the cover sheet and sent them overnight USPS to the NVC, and they arrived yesterday.

We did the same thing with the DS3032 which they accepted as a scan so maybe, just maybe we will be blessed in that the scans are accepted. We shall see.

It is all the small delays that are so annoying. We moved house last week and are now in temporary accomodation. It is ok but we have no idea how long we will need to stay here. Oh for an interview date!

my ds3032 emails have been sent and acknowledgements received right away - do i get confirmation fm NVC when they accept it?

if my AOS fees show paid online, can i submit AOS paperwork already or wait for DS3032 to be accepted before sending? tay, help me.

happy end of my 3032/IV bill drama - I spoke to the NVC operator, she said she submitted my "too early" payment for review and it may take up to 14 days, but then I went online and status was PAID, so I finally printed my cover sheet, yey!

04-06-2006 I-130 applied for wife.

09-21-2009 Became USA citizen.

09-23-2009 Upgraded I-130.

09-30-2009 Upgrade confirmation letter received

I got the auto response a day after sending the DS3032 email..thank you for letting us know what's in the email when we receive one. at least that won't leave as clueless! I am still waiting for my DS3032 to be accepted and it's been 2 weeks. My AOS has been paid and the I-864 has been sent so i'm stuck at the DS3032 side (IV bill, DS230 etc..)..

9/08/09 Email approval for Mom

9/12/09 Rcvd NOA2 for Mom

9/28/09 Paid AOS/ I-864 fee of $70 for both

10/08/09 rcvd emails: DS3032 accepted

10/09/09 IV bill generated for both cases
