No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

Yes it is required and also ORIGINAL petitioners Birth Certificate too.

I received the I-864 package a few days ago.

My parents signed and mailed this back.

I also sent the affidavit of support documents.

Does it mean that I have past the "NVC" process?

Chicago Lockbox, whatever that is finally cashed our check after a month, no case number on the check, but we know we still have at least a four year wait, so what's the rush? Can see this with the I-751, but not for petitioning a relative. Explain these timelines to me.

I called NVC today and they got the cases on their system. Updated email addresses. I was told to wait 2-4 weeks for the fee bills and packets to generate.

Have to prove that you are a USC, USCIS apparently doesn't know that. US passport also works.

could someone tell me what's next after the AOS is PAID and printed the document coversheet, do i have to wait for NVC to email instructions on what's next or i can print the I-864 and send it along with other required docs?and also how many days before the DS3032 is accepted? thanks..
