I-130 Progress list

I was going through the I-797C Notice oF Actions received from CSC and middle name was missing on both my Mom's and Dad's letter. I called USCIS and informed the same and they took the information ..WAC# , petitioner details and my Mom's and Dad's middle name and gave me confirmation #s for both the updates. Also in the end she said if i dont receive any updates from USCIS in 45 days then she asked me to contact them again, is this normal? Does anyone had to face similar situation like not having correct names(beneficiaries) names on these letters. I checked again the I-130 forms i sent to them and i filled them on the forms and not sure why they didnt put them in this letter.

Please let me know if anyone faces this issue.

happy to let you know my mom's case has been approved and a notice of approval has been sent. I sent the RFE 8/31 and was received 9/03 and finally tonight got the email! 5 days of waiting and prayers answered! now i can process my parent's case together

Update- my affidavit of support bill has been accepted, DS 3032 is on the way, and I hope my mother is going to have her interview in November-December.

Good morning,

If a certain information is not fully indicated on DS-230, for example, an incomplete date of birth of beneficiary's parent, can this cause a problem?

We only know my grandfather's year of birth, not the month or the day... Has anyone got RFE'd on that or had a similar problem?

That's great!

I would say if you return DS-230 supporting documents fairly quickly, you are looking at December dates for an interview.

If they can get their case complete by end of sept then they stand a good chance of gettting a Nov interview date, Poeple who got case complete in the last week of Aug and the first 2 weeks of Sept are getting interviews for Oct.

Hello Tay or Anyone Can answer me for the following Q's please...

I received I-797C (Notice of Action) from CSC on 09/05/09 for both my parents and it has a different WAC# and i entered the new number on USCIS web site and now i am able to see both of them online.

The following are the details on this receipt:

Received Date: 08/27/09

Notice Date: 09/01/2009

Priority Date: NULL

Will i get another letter with the priority date? Also is this NOA1 letter or will i get any other letter that says NOA1 with the date. Please let me know.

If this ND is the NOA1 date then TAY please update my details....

Hi Tay,

I sent DS-3032 for my Dad via e-mail to NVC last week and just received two forms today from NVC via e-mails:

DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bil ($70)

Does this mean NVC acknowledged receiving my DS-3032 or do I still have to resend it via e-mail and by mail?

There was no acknowledgement they received my DS-3032 e-mail.

Please advise. Thanks.
