Hello VJ friends ,yesterday finally a got the email from nvc with mom appoitment for interview it is for june 23,,,,yes :dance: I am really happy,now only wait for that day ,and after that in 2 or 3 weeks mom will be here,mid of july :thumbs: Good luck to all my friends in may interview and lets start to get all june interview together :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

where are you located? i'm here at the west side :) yeah, good luck to us. i'm waiting for my mom to send back the ds-230 form i sent her, and then hopefully by wednesday i can mail it to nvc.

Hi guys,

I hope everything's well with everyone. I just got the NOA1 letter for my mom's petition - I'm posting all these in behalf of my sister who's the actual petitioner. Can someone help me out with the questions below?

1. Will a petition beneficiary (my mom) have a problem if she got denied a tourist visa so many times before? The last time she applied and got denied was in 2008.

2. My sister who immigrated here from the UK with her family (she was a nurse there) is petitioning her. I went here as a tourist but eventually married a US citizen. Will my mom's petition be in peril because of the way I got here? I'm actually awaiting for my Oath, which was delayed due to fingerprint issue (I already passed the citizenship exam).

3. Will I have problems petitioning my married brothers. How long will it take for my brothers and their families to get here if my sister and I petition them?

Thanks for all the help. I wish my mom's petition process is as quick as Treyu's! Please update your list with my mom's details below.

@andresbonifacio: Well based on what i read from most people here, after the SIGN IN FAILED, they got their case completed in just few days so congratulation, praying everything went well on your journey.

I do not know answers to all of them but can answer one of your question.

1. Will a petition beneficiary (my mom) have a problem if she got denied a tourist visa so many times before? The last time she applied and got denied was in 2008.

NO as my parents were denied visitor visa couple of times but no problem in completing the case as long as you submit all required documents.

Hi all, I just recently received the interview letter via email. My parents printed it out and went to the medical check. The staffs asked if the letter my parents have in hand is original or copy. They need to stamp on it for the interview. My question is that do my parents need to wait for the interview letter which NVC sent to them via snail mail or the one they email me can be used for the interview?
