hi. what is the email address that i have to send the DS-3032? beacuse says in the email not to respond to that address.

and if i send it with the template Raj456 posted, the beneficiary doesnt need to sign anything right? just fill out and email it.. thank you in advance.

I didn't know that the beneficiary don't need to sign the DS 3032. In my case as soon I got the ds 3032 form from NVC I filled it out and emailed to my sister in-law so my mom can sign it and she e-mailed back to me, then emailed it back to NVC using my mom's emailed address. Then When I checked my mom's email address today I got a replied emailed that they accepted it.

Just put the case number then beneficiary's name under subject then use the template of Raj456. Hope this help.

Take me 10 days to put it in the system and when i called the operator said that if i got auto response that means that they received my email i just have to wait for my turn ,they respond the email in the order that they got it.

I am hoping to receive an email about my mom's interview schedule as well. I called NVC today and the AVR said that mom's case was completed yesterday, March 25. Was screamingggggg when I heard it! Just got so excited! I am now hoping to get the interview schedule so I can tell my mom and she can prepare beforehand for the medical and the interview. We live far from the interview and medical sites so careful planning is needed weeks before the medical and the interview.

Sachinky, I have a question. Why was your mom's medical scheduled weeks before the actual interview on May 12 for your mom? Is this the same case for all applicants in the US consulate in India? Maybe it varies country to country because I think in the Philippines, applicants can just go to St. Luke's two weeks before the actual interview to have their medical done.

The advantage of having a medical scheduled weeks before the interview, however, is that you can be more certain that your medical result will be in before the interview and you don't have to stress yourself about it not being there at the time of your actual interview.

Congrats, Sachinky, and to all others who have been waiting like me for NVC to complete their case. It sure helps to know that there are other people on the same boat, and it is so reassuring to know that I am not alone.

Just to clarify, I'm the beneficiary of a CR-1 visa, petitioned by my USC husband.

The medical varies greatly from country to country. For India, you need to have your Interview Letter in hand before they will schedule the medical. No walk-ins, 3 days to complete the entire medical.

I received my interview date early this morning (IST) so I called the APOLLO GLENEAGLES hospital in Calcutta and they booked me for an April 5 medical examination.
