Hi all,

Just want you all to know that my mother is finally HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance: with me where she belong :)she got here yesterday. lot to catch up on/with lol. it was a hard and long process but we make it. I want to thank everyone here for their support and good luck to those who are just started this. god bless :)

RFE can be found on the AVR. The Automated Voice Response system that updates you on your case.

Log in failed is when you can no longer sign into the NVC payment portal signifying completion of case processing.

Katie-Ashley,

When the process is at NVC, you will have access to the NVC payment website where you will pay AOS Fee ($70) and IV Fee ($400) and once your status is almost complete you will no longer be able to login to the payment site. This is what sign in fails means....

Coming to missing docs or any other information is through AVR (automated voice response system) through NVC phone.

Post your details about your case timelines in signature...

I called USCIS and reply was to average processing time is 5 months so I should call once 5 months is over for my dad's case. I didnot receive NOA2 for mom case and when I mentioned that USCIS told me to contact after 30 days if I don't receive by then. they will send duplicate. I thought NVC might have received my Mom's case so I called everyday but no luck on avr and today I spoke to operator and he told me that they didn't receive my mom's case yet. I should wait for 90 days ( that is too much ) once I get NOA2.

I think I am out of luck and I am one of those who get stuck in immigration process.

Sorry to hear that lavoparents. I checked your timeline and we have the same date of NOA2 approval. Hoping you will get your NOA2 pretty soon.

I think it'll be easier to just go home and do it there instead of rescheduling. I'm going to call the airlines to change their flight. Yours should be coming soon too! yay for us! =)

hi. what is the email address that i have to send the DS-3032? beacuse says in the email not to respond to that address.

and if i send it with the template Raj456 posted, the beneficiary doesnt need to sign anything right? just fill out and email it.. thank you in advance.

The NVC’s e-mail address is NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

In order to ensure a prompt response:

The Subject Line of the e-mail should be the relevant NVC Case Number.

Provide the applicant’s name and date of birth and the petitioner’s name and date of birth.

If you are an attorney, include the name of the law office requesting the information.

If the petition is employment-based, include the company/organizational name.

Reference only one case per e-mail.

hope that this can help you,i send the email for my mom from her mail,use Raj456 template,it is very simple,they only need to see that the email is from the beneficiary
