No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

You need two send in two I-864's, one with your Mom's case and one with your Dad's case. There are couple of guys out in this forum who got their PCC from Ahmedabad and one of them is smithjohntpa. Hope he will check and answer you soon....

My parents got PCC both from Regional Passport Office and District Police Office....within a week.....

You need either one PCC or two PCC's based on the following...

1) If the applicant is residing in India and his or her Indian passport was issued within past 6 months then you need one PCC from from Regional Passport office.

2) If the applicant is residing in India and his or her Indian passport was issued more than 6 months prior to visa application then you need to get two PCCs one each from

a) Regional Passport office

b) The district police office serving the applicant's place of residence

Hi,

I just checked my e-mail today and was suprised that I got an e-mail from USCIS online that my mom's petition has been approved on March 10, 2010. I know I still need the actual NOA2 coming from the mail but I'm crossing my fingers that it's the same approval notice that I've been waiting for.

Here are my questions:

1. how soon I can call the NVC to get my mom case# and register her e-mail address?

2. is it safe to fill-out the DS3032 send it to my mom and have her sign then mail it back to me so just in case the NVC e-mailed me the DS-3032 packet i have it already and ready to e-mail to them using my mom e-mail address?

I have same date for approval of my mom's case. I would say start getting all docs from your mom. Now it will be almost day to day or week to week communication back and forth from you and NVC. You can call NVC no 603 334 0700 around (PM to 12PM EST to check if NVC no is assigned or not. Once you get no call during day time and register your and mom's email address.

Hi all, i have a question regarding the I-864.

Part 6. question 24. My current income is good enough to sponsor my parents so I dont need to put the income of any perspon in my household. Then the question 25. federal income tax info. my status is maried filling joint. so should i put only my anual income of last 3 years or the houshold anual income?

any answer would be appreciated.. thanks you so much

I'm also have problem in filing the info on I-864. I'm a stay home mom since last year 2009 then 2008 I only worked for 5 months. I am using my husband income to suffice the requirement I don't know how to answer question #25. what should i put the Total income for 2009 and 2008 since my status is married and filing jointly. also in I-864A for my husband what should i put for question #11, same question as I-864 question#25. Should I put the same amount too?

Please I need your inpput on this and thanks for all the help.

hello,

i am always here in vj reading and learning ,this forum it is great i learn a lot. (THANKS FOR EVERYTHING VJ MEMBERS),but until today a decide to post something,well i login today at NVC page and failed,and some others vjourneys said that when that happens means case complete,,,,hope that it is true and i am so ready to finish this long and stressfull process,can't wait for the interview letter,i haven't see mom for over 6 years,my baby girl was 1 year and she will be 8 in august,she it is so ready to see grandma, i don't know how it is the interview with parents but i don't think that they are really hard with parents in the interview day....OMG, i am so ready for this.....

I-130 Progress list!

What progress, according to the USCIS I-130 form site, all stand along forms will be sent to a Chicago Lock Box, where they determine which field offices will be selected.

In their processing date site, we select form I-130, the USC applying for an unmarried son or daughter over 21, the a choice of four service centers, California, Nebraska, Texas, or Vermouth.

We always dealt with Nebraska before, but did receive the NOA from California, site claims an average waiting time of about 20 months, but Nebraska and Texas are showing five months. Does Nebraska or Texas even serve the I-120?

I think our service center is California, they were 40 months last time I checked now back to close to five years, already a couple of years went by and nothing. Just an acknowledgment, they received our application. Kid in Venezuela heard nothing, should I tell him it will be at least another five years before he does?

Since you will be filing I-864 and your husband I-864a, you will put your income in I-864 and your husband you put his income in I-864a. Same on q.11 on i-864a (your husband's individual income for the last 3 years ).

i am always here in vj reading and learning ,this forum it is great i learn a lot. (THANKS FOR EVERYTHING VJ MEMBERS),but until today a decide to post something,well i login today at NVC page and failed,and some others vjourneys said that when that happens means case complete,,,,hope that it is true and i am so ready to finish this long and stressfull process,can't wait for the interview letter,i haven't see mom for over 6 years,my baby girl was 1 year and she will be 8 in august,she it is so ready to see grandma, i don't know how it is the interview with parents but i don't think that they are really hard with parents in the interview day....OMG, i am so ready for this.....

Thanks Raj456, but the thing is i don't have any income this past 2009 since i quit my job last 2008 and I've been a stay home mom for almost 2 years already. Also I just received the actual NOA2 today!! Hooray :dance: kind of fast. I've been trying to call the NVC today but it's always busy, do you have any idea what is the best time to call I've been trying for almost 6 hours already and still a busy signal.

01/19/2010 - Received NOA1

03/10/2010 - Received approval notice via e-mail

03/15/2010 - Received NOA2 via mail

03/16/2010 - case no. assigned and registered both my mom and my e-mail addresses

03/18/2010 - Received DS-3032 form and AOS fee bill from NVC via e-mail

03/18/2010 - PAID AOS fee

CONGRATULATIONS yuryromero!!!!! AVR message changes to Case Complete in a day or two. Interview process for parents will be straight forward and simple.
