Well I got an update on my case. my mother went to the interview and she passed :dance::dance: . she is going to pick up her visa on the 16th of march and we are working on getting her here with us on the 18th or 19th.

I thank everyone on visa journey for their help and to the ower of the website, a huge shout because this place is such a great help. good luck to everyone who is in the process of bringing a relative in.

1. How do I know if I-864 was approved? Do they notify by email or I have to call NVC to find out?

The IV bill has been sent and I want to make sure that I need to pay the $400 fee for each parent (so total of $800) and not just once which then covers the two of them?

You will not know unless you will call NVC and find out.

2. Do I need to write NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth on back of beneficiary's photos to be sent with DS-230?

You need to write the NVC Case Number and the beneficiary's full name.

Is anyone else getting the 'maintenance message' when trying to log into the NVC website?

It wont let me input my NVC case number or receipt number which is really annoying because I want to print off the cover pages to send the DS-230.

Very annoying - its been like this all day...
