05/04/11 Waiting.......I am pregnant and I wish my Mom could be here when baby is born

05/26/11 Received NOA 2 in the mail.

06/07/11 NVC received case.

06/08/11 Called to give emails and got IIN.

06/10/11 Sent DS3032 email and paid AOS fee. Received auto response 15 seconds later.

06/14/11 AOS Showed Paid. Sent AOS Package.

06/16/11 NVC Received and accepted DS3032. AOS Package was delivered to NVC.

06/17/11 Paid IV fee.

06/22/11 IV Showed Paid.

06/23/11 Sent DS-230 via Express Mail.

06/24/11 DS 230 was delivered by USPS.

06/28/11 AOS was accepted per AVR.

06/30/11 Received AOS check list. Missing DS-230. (It was sent 06/23/11)

07/07/11 Case Complete per AVR and operator. Waiting for interview date.

08/01/11 Per NVC Operator Interview date 09/28/11

09/26/11 Medical test. Passed!!!!

09/28/11 Interview date @ BGT embassy. Approved!!!!!!!

No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

Hi everyone,

I need help trying to understand what the status of my younger brother case is...

I just received an e-mail from USCIS that my brother case has been sent to National Benefits Center. Does it mean USCIS has approved his I-130 like they did with my parents' cases? Please advise.

As you may know, I sponsored for my parents and younger brother last May after becoming US citizen. My parents have been in the US for about a month now, received their SSN but not Green Cards yet.

I heard some peole saying USCIS is no longer taking or considering applications to sponsor sibblings, like my younger brother case...Is that true?

Please help. Thanks.

Please update: Received approval via email for father on 02/19...NOA2 sent on 02/18 & for mother on 02/22...NOA2 sent on 02/19. YAY! :thumbs:

Print the DS-3032 email that you sent to NVC and write the NVC Case Number on the top and snail mail it.

I have received emails for AOS fee and DS-3032.

Paid AOS fee and emailed DS-3032. I want to send DS-3032 via snail mail too. Is signed and scanned copy of DS-3032 acceptable? My mom has already mailed me one, but I have just realized I have my old address in it (she sent it before we moved to our new place) :(. What a bummer.

I paid the $70 AOS fee for my mom, how do I send the email of DS3032? Can I just scan the form that my mom signed and emailed it to them? And do I need to send it through snail mail? Please reply. Thanks.

Thanks for all your detailed information, I really appreciate it. Do you suggest any place for photo in karachi and bahawalpur? I am also getting affidavat for my wife inleiu of birth certificate. She was born in saudi arabia and unable to get her bc from anywhere in pakistan. She lives in same district but two different cities therefore I will need one police character certificate, right?. Pray for me I should get her approval anytime soon. Should I have her send me all the original document to send with nvc? Where should I certified/Attested the documents in pakistan? Thanks for all your help

Here is the template that you can use to send via EMAIL to NVC. You can print the email that you are sending and write the NVC case number on the top and snail mail too (this way they will have emailed one and the snail mail one )........... or you can snail mail the one that your Mom sent to you (signed)....
