NO you should not list. You will submit two sets of I-864 one for each and you will not list one on another. Hope this helps.

No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

You as a petitioner can send them from here in US along with DS-230 or your parents can mail them from their country along with DS-230. It does not matter from where the documents are mailed.

How could someone explain for me why they stop touching my cases ??? I got 3 touchs already at 2/1,2/2,2/3 and that's it !!! When i called this morning , the USCIS officer told me that in 2/1 I made an inquiry and no more information about why they stop touching ( stop working on) my cases. :crying::crying::crying:

09/23/2009 - Sent I-130 For My Parents to Chicago Lockbox.

09/25/2009 - USCIS received I-130.

09/30/2009 - Received NOA1

02/01/2010 - Touch.

02/02/2010 - both my parents got Touch.

02/03/2010 - Touch.

02/16/2010 - email approved for Mom's case.

02/18/2010 - email approved for Dad's case.

02/20/2010 - hard copy NOA2 for Mom.

Completed with USCIS

NVC

02/25/2010 - got case's assigned NVC numbers for both parent.

03/02/2010 - received AOS and DS 3032 packet in email.

03/02/2010 - paid AOS fee and sent DS 3032 by email.

03/04/2010 - received accepted letter for DS 3032 in email.

03/05/2010 - received IV packet's fee letter in email.

03/05/2010 - paid IV packet's fee.

Raj, how come it's not giving me an option to pay with credit card? It says I can only pay through my bank... It also doesn't give me an option to link my dad's case to my mom's.

1. Credit card option not available, must be USA-based bank, only.

2. they are seperate cases, so if not possible to link them, just view them as 'seperate for payment portal'.

Hi All, may i please ask a question. I saw many of you mention "touched" . Is is "initial review" on the case status online? I sent mine in Nov but haven't heard anything until now. So worry about it. The case status is still initial review.

a 'touch' can occur at any time in the process.

You did get NOA-1, yes?

Usually a 'touch' is seen on the online status portal. If you've not signed up for it , now's the time, ah ?

We have to schedule it once the Interview Letter is emailed to us. After the case is complete at NVC they will schedule an appointment and then sends us the Interview letter with the details of the interview date and time and also the documents that we need to take at the time of Interview. Once the interview letter is received you can schedule the appointment with the US Consulate approved Doctor that can be found on the US Embassy website.

Good news! Congratulations! I'm still waiting for my interview letter. I called them today and they told me that interviews have not been scheduled yet. It's pretty late... I should receive the letter by Feb 17th.

no, just walk in to SLEC with their interview letter. Anytime and also the best day is thursday @ noon. The busiest day is Monday. If you have questions please don't hesitate to ask..thanks! Good luck!
