That means the CASE is almost complete and Once the Login Fails to the payment site, you should expect to see the AVR message changes to CASE COMPLETE in a day or two.

No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

Login failed means NVC is done its part now it will be a time to case complete and forward the docs to local embassy. so failed=good sign here.

What does mean this status? Log in failed to fee collection or avr?

11/17/2015 - delivered

11/23/2015 - eNotices received, checks cashed

11/30/2015 - received 3 NOAs by mail

12/14/2015 - received biometrics appt letter for 12/21/2015

12/15/2015 - early walk-in biometrics complete

01/31/2016 - submitted an inquiry about the status of EAD

02/01/2016 - the service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed

02/05/2016 - received a response "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."

02/08/2016 - case updated I-765 Approved on 02/04/2016, received NOA in mail

02/10/2016 - case updated EAD card was mailed on 02/09/2016

02/11/2016 - case updated Interview Scheduled for 03/17/2016

02/12/2016 - received EAD card by mail, applied for SSN

02/13/2016 - received interview notice in mail

03/04/2016 - received Social Security Card

03/17/2016 - interview APPROVED!

May 10,2011: NOA2( Approved)

May 21,2011: Called NVC got case number

May 26,2011: called NVC to set up emails

May 26,2011: received an email from NVC- P3AU english(stating the visa is not available for your use)

The interview lasted only about 5 minutes and the officer only looked at some photos in the album my parents brought along and nothing else, not even a single question was asked.

Do we have to take photo album with us at the time of interview? I heard for wife/husband visa we need album for parents not sure?

Application sent to Vermont Sept 2008

Vermont received 5 Oct 2008

Mum receive NOA1 Nov 2008

Update received 5th Jan 2010 saying petition sent to NBC

Hi Raj,

On the Health record, my parents were asked to take the 2nd Immunization shots on Jan 22 (their interview approved and told to come back the 20th to pick up Visa).

Are they required to take this 2nd shot before leaving for the USA?

My Parents received Passports and the sealed envelope on 01/12/2010 through courier and they have 6 months to travel to US. They are taking care of things back home and planning to start as early as possible.
