I have a problem with my case, and anyone can help me, please? couple day ago, I checked on nvc automatic system, they said that: they are waiting biography form of petitioner. Do I need to submit biography form to nvc?

I dont see you sent your DS-230. You paid your IV Fee Bill but looks like you didnt sent your DS-230 and they are expecting this and this is called Biographic forms. Is their any reason why you didnt send your DS-230.

Bio Data form is called DS230. Once your IV bills showed PAID you can send it to NVC with all required civil documents and make sure you put one extra photocopy as well

Original + photocopy - for Dad

Original + photocopy - for Mom.

I forgot to put photocopies and was worried for REF but NVC is kind and took care for me.

I-864 accepted! Now if only my brother can send me the DS-230 and associated documentation we can move forward.

Anyway,

I was collecting documentation for IV package and I will be sending in the following + a copy of each: Please let me know if I am missing something

1: DS_230 Part 1 and 2 completed with just part 1 signed

2: Photocopy of my mom's passport (biographic page)

3: Original Birth certificate of my mom + photcopy

4: 4 photographs of benificiary

5: Copy of my US passport (biographic page)

6: Original police certificates of areas where mom has lived since she was 16 for more than 6 month + photocopies

7: My father's original death certificate + photocopy

Anything I am missing? thanks!

These are missing from your list..

DS-230 DOCUMENT COVER SHEET

ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE of PETITIONER and ofcourse copy of it

ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE of PETITIONER and copy of it

2 Photographs instead of 4 ( name of beneficiary and NVC Case # on the back of the photos)

No need to send in your Passport copy (if u want you can but it is not necessary or required)

Just look in here once again for required documents with DS-230

Well nothing new on my case yet. which really worries me, they have recieved my checklist for the I-864 weeks ago and still nothing . they recieved my ds-230 and reviewing it as well. i called and they told me to wait two to four week . at least i sould know something about my AOS but nothing
