The downloaded pay stubs should be fine.

I sent in 6 months of pay stubs and it worked fine.

I would think the more the better since you have nothing to lose but to ensure that it will work.

Quick question guys. when i send in pay stub(s) with the I-864 package is the most current one showing YTD earnings,taxes and annual income good enough or do i need to send in any older stubs as well?

Secondly, i am downloading and printing the stub from our company internal site. would that work ok?

These are from the interview letter...

Any original documents that were requested by the NVC but were not submitted

to the NVC

* The medical examination results if not submitted to the Embassy/Consulate by

the physician

* The correct size and number of photographs

* Valid passport for all traveling applicants

Since i submitted all the required documents they did not ask us to bring any other than the above. I have submitted PCC from Passport Office so my parents will be taking the Original PCC received from District Police Station (even this was not asked by them but just to be on safe side). Hope this helps.

What is your interview letter asking to bring during interview? Do we have to submit anything except passport/courier fees at VFS, India?

and do we need to take photo copies of all form which we submitted before to NVC (I130,I864 etc)?

asking so I can prepare myself ahead for this at least.

That is normal that means they have your DS-230 in the system and hope you should get your case complete message soon.

Today AVR said they received chklist response? Does that mean DS230 is accepted? or just they opened/received my packet? any one have any idea?

Vega1X1,

Yes you can download the pay stubs from the company site and they will work as i did the same. Coming to Paystubs you need to put last 6 months pay stubs as i did and was told by an NVC operator. Check the I-864 instructions page 7 of 19 or search the pdf document for "pay stub" and that says "You may also provide pay stub(s) showing yourincome for the previous six months.". Hope this helps.

Original employment letter stating my position title and yearly salary.

Copies of W-2

As far as I-864 form is concerned, i am not mentioning any other household income(including my wife's) besides my income which should be more than sufficient to meet their requirements. Please let me know if I should add other incomes.

Well i just got a checklist email from NVC about my AOS. we forgot to put my mom name on the last part of I-864A form and they sent it back for us to fill the whole thing again(just the I-864A forms). i don't know if that a good sign or not

Vega1x1, You can print the Document Cover Sheet from the Payment Web Site Page where you paid your AOS Fee, there is a link that says "Print Document Cover Sheet".

AOS fee status changed to PAID. Where do I print the Document Cover Sheet from?

You can put a cover letter listing what documents you are sending in...

prior year tax returns or IRS Tax Return Transcripts from prior years....

Yes they would have listed on the check list too if your income wasnt enough and also any other missing piece of info... also you can check the income (poverty guidelines for 2009 from the below link). Go ahead and pay the IV Fee Bill and once the status changes to PAID send your DS-230 documents as you will be in queue instead of sending them late and falling back in the queue. Hope this helps.

The answer is yes, provided that no rfe is required. If rfe is required, avr will change to "we reviewed & found missing document...."
