No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

Your ds-230 just entered nvc system. They will review it. It usually takes 10 days to complete if no RFE is required

Today AVR said they received chklist response? Does that mean DS230 is accepted? or just they opened/received my packet? any one have any idea?

Guys! I need your help. As my daughter case was complete and we already get her interview date.

I look at the e-mail appointment letter and they told you about the document they need on that day.

Can somebody told me which document we need on that day?

I sent original custody paper along with translation to them but they said on this

"The applicant has informed the NVC that the required document is unavailable." Why?

Hi Pook, well the voices of experience had answered you, and just to make sure you can always call NVC, hope that its only a typing error. Anyways bring your custody copies just to be prepared.

You know I fully understand you, you and me are on the same boat, and the both of us wanted to have our children here for Christmas, I agree that sometimes this journey makes us feel frustated and tired, I understand your frustation because I am passing thru the same case. But thank God you already have an interview date and you will bring your baby with you, will see.

"The document we got is not custody paper and if you sure you have sent it just wait till your interview date but in my computer this is not the custody paper" and I asked him what's that then?but he never ever listen

he keep saying something that I already know and I'm mad because of MAM.......all the time but never have any respect to me in his voice

"I don't know and if you 100% sure that you have sent it just go for an interview. I can't help you MAM........"

#######.....He make me feel so bad with NVC. Sorry everybody but I'm really upset about it.

Pook, Dont worry your daughter's interview will be smooth and within no time you will be with your little one....Some of them are rude and few of them are good. Call them again and talk to other operator until you are satisfied.

Pook, Im gonna tell you the same as Raj, keep calling until you get a satisfied answer. I personally hate when these people answer my concerns like if I was retarded, but as Raj says there are some good and some not. Hope you can have a better answer or at least know based on what they are given you that answer. Dont worry I agree that everything is going to be alright with your interview and got enough time to get prepared with everything.

Raj,

What is your interview letter asking to bring during interview? Do we have to submit anything except passport/courier fees at VFS, India?

and do we need to take photo copies of all form which we submitted before to NVC (I130,I864 etc)?

asking so I can prepare myself ahead for this at least.

I haven't gotten any word on NOA2 yet. I feels like I've been waiting forever since I filed mom's petition right after my naturalization ceremony (I didn't waste any time at all) This whole waiting game is eating me up.

Any September/ October I-130 applicants that received NOA-2 yet????

I am beginning to get worried. I haven't received NOA 2 for my mom. Based on most of your time frames, you get NOA2 (approval) with in 8-10 weeks.

Patience is a virtue.... so I need to stop complaining!

Clara and Juzzy.... Yeah, They must have slowed down again esp it is the holiday season. It is almost 90 days (3 months) since I filed the application for my Mom. It is really making me impatient.

Please make an update in case you guys have GOOD news!

Quick question guys. when i send in pay stub(s) with the I-864 package is the most current one showing YTD earnings,taxes and annual income good enough or do i need to send in any older stubs as well?

Secondly, i am downloading and printing the stub from our company internal site. would that work ok?
