Hello everyone,

I have probably a very simple question, but I've gotten a little paranoid. I want to pay my AOS bill online the one for $70. I went to the immigrantvisas.state.gov website, and here is my question:

I am trying to bring over my spouse from overseas. So does that make me the Petioner OR Principal Applicant?? I'm not sure which one to I need to click.

Please somebody respond as soon as you can, so I can pay this online today.

You are the petitioner. Your wife is the principal applicant. She is applying for a visa. You are petitioning for her to be qualified to apply. Good Luck, Mike & Yizhen

You should get the DS-3032 in as quickly as possible, email or your wife should mail as soon as possible.

VISA PICK-UP 4/30/2009 9:50 AM

Enter IR-1 POE Chicago "ORD", SS Card 6/27/09, welcome letter 7/2/09

09/11/2012 - Received a letter saying case transferred Lee's Summit, MO
02/15/2013 - Received an email saying case is approved
02/22/2013 - I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

02/18/2013 - NVC received the case
03/11/2013 - NVC case # assigned
03/12/2013 - Petitioners' email corrected, Beneficiary's email added
03/13/2013 - DS3032 received
03/13/2013 - DS3032 email sent (was sent before the we received the DS3032)
03/13/2013 - AOS fee invoiced and Paid (shows In Progress)
03/14/2013 - AOS fee shows PAID
03/14/2013 - AOS package sent (overnight next-day delivery)
