I applied for I485 and I765,I-131 in January and I have had my biometrics apointment already this March, however I recieved a RFE ( or "request for intial evidence") for a 1.Evidence of your lawful admission or parole into the US. such evidence includes, but is not limited to, form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record, or a copy of the nonimigrant visa page of your passport showing admission to the US

or

2. if you last entered the US without inspection, you must submit evidence of your eligibility for adjustment of status under section 245(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). to be eligible for adjustment under 245(i) of INA, you must be beneficiary of an immigrant visa petition or application for labor certification filed on or before April 20,2001. Unless not required in the instruction for suplement A,you must pay the required section 245(i)surchages fee.

Anyone else had this?we already submit I-94 and non imigrant visa page..

im really confuse of this letter. Please help...

I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks

Re-submit what you already sent in - they could've lost the page. It happens.

Make sure to enclose the RFE letter with your papers so they can match it to your file. You may want to indicate in the cover letter that you are re-sending things you already submitted.

There are some documents they want a copy of over and over again for one reason or another. Your case is just odd that you got the notice after the biometrics were done.

It's not necessarily lost; sometimes I believe it's laziness on their part. USCIS folks seem oblivious to some things.

Were the I-94 and visa page included in your packet or were they sent in for something else?

Copy the I-94 front and back. I would also (if you haven't already) copy every page of passport as well.

Follow the exact instructions (what to send, what to include and address) of the RFE letter when responding.
