Who runs to the mods BY? I can tell you for a fact that I don't, nor would I ever as I don't believe in the whole moderation thing. I will however point out when someone has blatantly abused the TOS, well, when it pertains to racism or something equally low.

Likely, but I have no idea who reported him, or even if he was reported. I can't work out if the mods do suspend people for gross infractions regardless of whether the infraction has been reported or not. I would imagine they would if it was serious enough, in their opinion.

Hang on a minute. If anyone is tough enough to start the fire, they should be tough enough to accept the consequences if they get burned. It's one thing if I came into a thread and was racist without any reason or provocation. Yet another when someone gets extremely personal. In the later, all bets are off. And vice versa. How many times have I reported Steven or others for racial oriented comments. Big Fat Zero. To this day Steven has been the only cry baby to come here and write a thread about his feelings and being ganged up on. Haven't forgot about that one.

I am not the big baby here who, for example, intentionally trips someone yet runs and cries when they want to knock me out. If I am man enough to trip them, I am man enough to receive the punches.

As I have said before, if anyone hates me or wants to talk ###### about me, then we should meet up personally so they can tell it to my face.

I have no idea what point you are trying to make BY. I take responsibility for everything I post and don't run to someone else to defend my point of view, something I have been trying to get through to you for quite some time, without much success.

This site does have TOS and you can be suspended for breaking them. While I would not wish anyone to be suspended for breaking them, I would point out when such terms have been broken for something that is really well over the accepted level of tolerance. Who wouldn't?

It doesn't work like that BY. To violate the TOS to the point of suspension you have to do more than make a petty infraction. A petty infraction gets you an email asking you to stop behaving in a certain way.

Antagonizing, harassment, intimidation etc is the norm here and nobody complains.

The TOS are quite shady. Otherwise no personal comments or attacks would be tolerated. Therefore for someone like six or AJ, they would have nothing to post.

Well, there are two things BY, one is the mods do not have time to read every thread, so unless someone reports a situation, they are not likely to know about it.

Secondly, if someone does report a situation, the mods will then decide what is an appropriate action to take. I feel reasonably certain that they will email you if all you have done is react to some mild insults with your own mild insults. However, if you actually decide to make racial insults, then, I am hazarding a guess that's an instant suspension.

I would imagine both parties are emailed if it's one of those insults to insults situations.
