As you know, I am the most impatient person....

I have just called NVC and the AVR still has the same message. I check mine and my husbands email every hour waiting for the bloody AOS and IV bills. I never thought I would be so eager to pay a bill..LOL.

I can't wait anymore!!!!!!!!!!! Can we get some sort of expedite through NVC??????

Just to clarify, it is the IIN you need to pay your fees. Hang in there...it IS coming. The AVR can be a day or so behind so the best way to know your actual status is to speak directly to an operator.

Looking at your timeline your should be receiving them soon. Hang in there....you will survive this process.

And no, I don't think an expedite is a possibility.

Good luck getting the IIN from an operator. I haven't seen anyone lately that has been successful. Generally by the time the DS-3032 has been accepted and the IV fee generated you will have it. Waiting for it to come doesn't seem to slow things down at all. Good luck.

Thanks everyone! I will survive but at what cost????? I haven't had a decent nights sleep since we filed our I-130 back in Sept 08. Well, I was luck that my husband came to Australia for 3 months. He left about 2 months ago...So I haven't slept since end of January. Because Australia is about 19 hours ahead of New Hampshire the NVC operators start work at around 11:30pm Australian time. So I am up most of the night waiting.

How do you all cope? I have spent so much time with family that we are starting to drive each other nuts. I have caught up with all my friends over and over again. My suitcases are almost packed...

Can the NVC get cheesed off if I call to often??? I am sure they must make a note on the file or something??? Does anyone know???

because we have the same journey, I keep checking every single hour or even every 15 min some time,

hopefully this journey will end soon,

couple months ago the process use to take over 6 months, we're lucky it's not going to take that long, so lets look at the bright side of it.

YEs we do have the same journey! At least you seem to be coping very well.

I sure hope that your gut feeling is right!!!!

hi..i know..usually CR1/IR1 have a slow processing..you have to be patient..I understand what you are going through..I have also done that had my suitcase packed evertime I expect something from NVC that they are not doing their job and keeping us waiting..but I know you can overcome this..

I too have not gotten anysleep since I had been apart from my SO. I haven't seen my SO. for 9months now.. you just hang in there..I am sure you will be fine..I know easy for me to say right.. we filed our I-130 since Oct2007..and we just finished the interview this beginning of march but it didn't go as I expected,.we had to submit original documents..so,.we are waiting for visa now..It will be a holiday in USembassy in manila for 1week..ugh,.that means more wait... I know god always make a way..I know we can make this.. Good luck..
